Attending the complaints of unserviceable LED street lights/high mast light fittings comprising of 45W/ 60W/ 80W/160 Watt of any make & model, fitted on the pole at any height with any type of fixing arrangement by taking down and checking loose connection in FRP box/ ACSR conductor or street light and making it serviceable and refixing it to the proper height including removing hanging grasses etc and tightening of all nuts,bolts,clamps and fixing of the street light at proper direction all as directed complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement surge protection device (SPD) suitable for 45 watt LED street light complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement driver suitable for 45 to 60 watt LED street light complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of driver suitable for 80 watt LED flood light complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of surge protection device (SPD) suitable for 160 watt LED street light complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing street light bracket fabricated out of GI tubing, light grade, 40mm bore, bend to the shape as directed and of length 1.0 mtr complete with mounting MS clamp made of flat iron 45 x 5 mm of suitable length (04 pairs) including nuts, bolts etc of suitable size complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based for single phase & three phase complete all as specified and directed . Make : Swadeep, L & T and Legrand

Supply & fixing in replacement PVC insulated, multi stranded aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed cable, 4 sqmm 2 core and making connection of street light fittings with overhead lines/ UG cable complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing Junction box of size 250 x 200 x 100 mm, out door type, IP65, made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber re-inforced, suitable for 3 phase, 415 volts, pole mounting consisting of aluminium bus bar strip 15cm x 3mm, 4 Nos fixed on porcelain or epoxy terminal / insulators and provision for incoming/outgoing cables with gromets including in built 6 Amp MCB, SP, 10KA complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement multistranded copper conductor cable ,4 Sqmm, 5 core ,1100 volts grade including PVC conduit from high mast panel to high mast lights with suitable cable lugs, clamps, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replcement multistranded copper conductor cable, 1.5 Sqmm, single core, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm, 4 core, aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with lugs/thimbles of suitable size etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete including taking out old cable & bricks all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Returning filling, earth work, sand cushioning and cable cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per Ser item No 15 here-in-before but LT cable of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable with PVC insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armourmed with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed ,4core, 10sqmm nomonal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour, for cutting existing road for taking out/laying of underground cable through GI pipe of dia 40mm including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe, light grade, 40mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall with MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement LED post top lantern 25 watt, with die cast aluminium spigot,spun aluminium powder coated top cover and clear acrylic diffuser,IP 65 including fixing arrangement with proper connection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rewinding of capacity high-powered electrically driven, internally mounted, 3 phase power motor of capacity 3 HP for raising and lowering of the lantern carriage of high mast light by using best quality super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and existing nos of turns including varnishing for 'F' class insulation and drying in heat chamber with replacement of bearing and refixing, testing, commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of stainless steel wire rope suitable for high mast light, overall diameter of the rope shall not be less than 6 mm, the breaking load of each rope shall not be less than 2000 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing the raising and lowering mechanism of high mast light by opening the gear box and greasing of all moving parts for smooth functioning of raising and lowering of the lantern carriage for maintenance purposes complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/trimming of tree branches not exc 30cm girth,sapling,shrubs etc touching/ approaching the LT/HT overhead lines upto 3 metre width on each side with hacksaw/axe to clear the LT/HT line including disposal of trimmed branches 100 Metre away inside the cantonment area & clearing site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting to steel tubular poles upto 9 metre long including attachments (cross arms, clamps, GI pipes etc) complete with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning the existing surface for rust free & preparing of the existing surface for painting including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ Stricker including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of white synthetic enamel paint & two strips of Yellow/ black paint (as per existing pattern) through out the circumference of pole and applying one coat of white washing on PCC copping of pole after preparing the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with two coat of cement base paint (white ) on LT PCC pole including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of white synthetic enamel paint & two strips of Yellow/ black paint (as per existing pattern) throughout the circumference of pole including one coat of lime wash on PCC copping of polewith and painting with two coat of aluminium paint to channels, cross arm, clamps and pipes fixed/ mounted on LT pole after scraching out old paint, cleaning and making existing surface rust free complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement pre-stressed cement concrete pole, 9 metre long of cross section 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998, errecting truly in vertical position including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in alternate strip of 30cm each in black and white colour upto 1.5 metre height from top of PCC pedestal/coping of poles and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint black in 80mm high letters over 150mm x 230mm yellow base made from synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking down carefully ACSR conductor of any size from poles of LT/HT complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR), stretched on HT/LT poles without any kink and bends of various sizes complete including fixing to insulator with aluminium binding wire and coloured sleeved jumper connection with PG clamps complete all as specified and directed . Note: The size of conductor shall be as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in replacement Shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous ,white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps,washers, insulator bolts,washers and nuts,working pressure 1100 Volts,height 75 mm ,maximum dia 90 mm including 31x3 mm galvanised steel straps and 12 mm dia of bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Detection/finding out the exact LT fault location from both end terminations of underground cable by necessary excavation/earth work or by fault locator machine and making it serveceable including making good the surface as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heat srinkable type straight through joint, outdoor type for LT underground cable of size 10 to 16 sqmm, 4 core including excavation and earth work in any type of soil/hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing old painted surface of panels (inside & outside surfaces) of any size and at any height after scratching existing rusted surface and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of LT panel by welding broken lid including all material required to make LT panel fuctional including providing new hinges & new locking arrangement (front and back side) and fixing through welding complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair digital automatic street light timer switch for single phase & three phase timer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation,filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Attending the complaints of timer panel including timer and contactor of LED street light/ high mast light fitting, tightening the loose connection or wiring including setting the time of timer complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement die cast aluminium spigot,spun aluminium powder coated top cover and clear acrylic diffuser,IP 65 for LED post top lantern, any watt including fixing arrangement with proper connection complete all as specified and directed .
