Fabrication of new LT panel board having sheet enclosure made out of 16 SWG sheet and 50 x 50 x6 mm angle iron and size 1800 x 750 x 450 mm totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust & vermin proof, out ward opening lockable door having hidden hinges and The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminum. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible wire of 1.5 mm2  each wire will be terminating a ferule crimped to the wire CT as per the requirement having the following components.:-MCCB 415V, 3 phase 50Hz, 630 Amp, 50 ka breaking capacity with handle & Spreader - Make L&T/Siemens/DJB Approve Make-01 NoOn load change over switch 4 Pole 630 Amp. Supply of single core 500 Sq. mm. Aluminium Conductor Power Armoured Cable. Havells/Grandlay/National/ DJB Approved Make

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required above 185 sq. mm and upto 500 sq. mm DSR Code 7.6.4

Excavation for the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 Meters in width, and lift upto 1.5 Meters, including getting out the excavated soil, and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 Meters & refilling with soil & RCC work as per site requirement. DSR 14.6

Installation, Testing and commissioning of panel, Cable & allied accessories as per required parameters.
