Annual Maintenance of 306 TNGRHS Flats at M.N colony in Tirunelveli District for the year 2026 2027

Engaging 1 No. of Pump operator as contract basis for attending day to day maintenance faults in water supply pipe line in and out side the blocks, pumping the water supply from borewell to sump to OHT removal and refixing of pumpsets for daily periodical maintenance with required tools and plants for daily periodical maintenance and attending all electrical installations in the building and replacing the bulb and other worn out eiectrical fittings and also to operate the generator set , Watching the vacant sealed flats and ensuring the flats are safe and free from anti social elements, watching and ward the departmental materials & machineries and Board properties,etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for the period From 01.08.2026 to 31.03.2027

Engaging 1 No. of Sweeper cum Scavenger as contract basis for (a) attending the blocks in the sewer line and desilting the inspection chamber gully trap, (b) cleaning open space common area staircase including clean the surrounding area, Watching the vacant sealed flats and ensuring the flats are safe and free from anti social elements, watching and ward the departmental materials & machineries and Board properties,etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for the period From 01.08.2026 to 31.03.2027
