Supply, install, test and commissioning of copper wound step down transformer, outdoor type, oil immersed, naturally cooled ONAN, rated temperature rise in oil & winding 45/50 degree centigrade complete with standard fittings of capacity 160 KVA, level - II (conforming to IS-1180 Part-1 2014 with latest amendment) HT 11 KV, 3 phase, LT 433V, 4 wire, 50 Hz of vector group Dyn-11 with off load tap changing device on HT side to vary secondary voltage from + 5 percent to – 10 percent in steps of 2.5% including cable box on LT and HT side, first fill of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60KV, suitable mounting rails of appropriate gauge and other standard accessories all as per IS:1180 (Part 1): 2014. ( with latest amendment) Note :- The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (a) Accessories such as oil level gauge, rating and diagram plate, monogram plate, explosive vent with diaphragm, thermometer pocket with thermometer, gun metal drain valve at bottom, Air release plug, inspection cover, lifting lugs, hooks, bi-directional plane rollers, oil temperature indicator, winding temperature indicator, silica gel breather & other standard accessories all as per IS:1180 (Part-1) : 2014 energy efficiency level 2 and losses as per clause No 7.8.1.1 of IS 1180 (Pt-I)-2014 etc. Any other item as per manufacturer recommendations for best function of transformer if required are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanise Iron earth lead 32mmx6mm (GI Strip) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers complete up to and including test point and 32mmx6 mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore and 20 mm bore for watering pipe including PPC pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ,PCC pit cover including earth work complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No-5 of SSR-2014 (Part-I) including dismantling of old earthing. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in the unit rate quoted. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.

Dismantalling the existing transformer from HT and LT side carefully and Shifting of existing transformer of size 100 KVA to 500 KVA with connected accessories and transporting it to MES store yard or any other location for refixing/reuse all complete as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Any extra materials like lugs, nuts, bolts, replaced if requred at site including topping up the transformer with transformer oil shall deems to inclusive of the rate quoted.

M&L in replacement of Galvanised strip 32 mm x 6 mm buried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing ISI marked HT 11KV earthed, 3 core, 95 Sqmm cable XLPE insulated, screened with copper tape, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured with stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches/ in pipes or over poles including taking down unservicable HT cable of any type/size/description, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,Foundation filling of poles or stays, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made as per IS 5820-1970, class HV, type 1 , size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm.

Supply and lay in trenches / on roof / on wall / galvanised steel water tubing light grade with all fittings of 80 mm dia bore sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F cable route marker of size 100mm x 5mm thick GI plate with insertion there on bolted welded to 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm angle iron 60 cm long and grouting the same in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 as required for HT/LT cable including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 sqmm, Indoor/ Outdoor type

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes: The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
