M&L for preparation and removal of loose and disintegrated concrete of column, edges of slabs and edges of chhaja by low impact hammer including removal of debris outside MD land, Cleaning of surface with wire brush and apply approved epoxy based bonding coat on concrete surfaces to achieve sound bond between existing and new concrete. Application of complete treatment shall be through approved applicator all as per manufacturers instructions (Bauchemic, Krishna or Sunanda) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for proprietory polymer modified concrete (micro concrete) as in column, edges of slabs and edges of chhaja including batching,compecting including necessary formwork etc.complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. Note: 1. Application of complete treatment shall be through approved applicator all as per manufacturers instructions (Bauchemic, Krishna or Sunanda). 2. Prebatched prepacked single component micro concrete ready to use of approved make shall be used.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, columns, cooking platform,window cills and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing surface of wall on brick/stone masonary for making round hole at any height suitable for fixing 380/300 mm sweep exhaust fan and making good the distrubed surface and matching with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix down rod made of MS pipe mediun grade 15mm dia of 60cm long duly predrilled holes both ends & slot with hole in other end suitable for fixing of ceiling fan

Supply and fix of metal clad plug and socket with MCB SP 32 Amps, 10KA 'C' series, 240 Volts.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanized steel strip 25 x 4 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing of earthing on completion complete all as specified & directed.
