Providing and fixing stainless steel hinges of heavy duty of size 125 x 75 x 3 mm of Dorset, Dorma, Godrej or other equivalent make of minimum 4 hinges per shutter for fire rated doors complete as per specification and direction by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing mortice cylindrical lock of Dorset, Dorma, Godrej or other equivalent makes for fire rated doors as per specification and direction by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 300 mm long concealed flush tower bolts of approved make for fire rated door as per specification and direction by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 580 mm long concealed flush tower bolts of approved make for fire rated door as per specification and direction by the Engineer.

Providing and Fixing 300 mm long 19 mm dia heavy duty Stainless steel Matt Finish 'D'handle (1 pair) of approved make as per specification and direction by the Engineer.

Providing and Fixing horizontal panic bar for single or double leaf doors of Dorset, Dorma, Godrej or other equivalent make with 2hrs Fire rating.

Providing and Fixing vertical panic bar for single or double leaf doors of Dorset, Dorma, Godrej or other equivalent make with 2hrs Fire rating.

Providing and fixing of Single/ Double Leaf GI Door of approved make at all levels, formed by 1.6 mm galvanized steel for the Frame with holdfasts provided for grouting and installation. The Shutter shall have overall thickness of 45 mm, framed out of two outer skin panels of 0.9 mm galvanized Iron sheets and infill material of honey comb craft core, including having lock seam joints for locking, with reinforcements provided at locking/ hardware area including painting with approved make along with primer. The sheet metal used for both the frames and shutters shall conform to IS 277:1992 all complete as per approved shop drawings, specification and direction by the Engineer. (Rate inclusive of hinges and handles. However locks and door closers if provided same will be paid separately).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ m2)

with toughened glass of 6 mm thick

with 13.52 mm thick (6mm + 1.52 + 6mm) toughened glass

Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear toughened glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium frame work for windows, doors, louvers, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps by filling weather silicon sealant over backer rods of approved quality, etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer. Using Aluminium section Polyester powdered coated to a minimum of 60-70 microns with exterior durable pure polyester grade powder of approved quality. Note: Glazing, panelling to be paid separately.

Supply and installation of Aluminium Baffle type exterior cladding (to be provided in vertical or horizontal orientation) made of coil coated/powder coated (minimum 50 microns) Hollow Built-up Box type aluminium sections alloy of 3105 grade manufactured as per ISO 9001: 2015 quality of size 75 x 25 mm of lengths upto 3 metres with 0.70mm thickness and of approved exterior RAL finished colours to be fixed at 150 mm centre to centre as per approved patterns including multi coloured patterns as per approved architectural drawing. The patterns, colours and the architectural drawings along with shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor which shall be examined, reviewed and approved by Engineer. The Aluminium sections shall be fixed using bolts & nuts on mounting framework consisting of galvanized steel sections of 'C' type 45x45x2 mm size duly base coated with primer (matching the colour of aluminium sections) fixed at a centre to centre distance of 1200mm, so as to make cladding panels which shall be fixed to MS supporting structures as per fixing arrangements approved in the drawing. The aluminium sections shall be provided with endcaps, joining pieces and other required fittings etc complete. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, transportation, staging, T&P, machineries, consumables etc complete except the cost of supporting MS frame works if any required which shall be paid separately. Note: 1. Stage Payment against receipt of Materials at Site will be made as under: a) 70% of the accepted rate (not the value) of the item of BOQ or 90% of the material invoice value whichever is lesser upon receipt of materials at site / yard. b) Balance value of the item will be paid in IPCs upon work completion of the item. 2. In case of variation in the built up aluminium sections w.r.t above mentioned sections, the rate payable shall be adjusted @ Rs 662/Kg for increase/decrease of the weight of aluminium sections.

Supply and installation of Aluminium Perforated panel type exterior cladding made of coil coated / powder coated (minimum 50 microns) aluminium sheet panels of alloy 3105 grade manufactured as per ISO 9001: 2015 Quality of maximum panel size of 600 mm x 1500 mm x 1.5 mm of approved exterior RAL finished colours as per approved architectural design and drawing. The patterns, colours and the architectural drawings along with shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor which shall be examined, reviewed and approved by Engineer. The maximum perforated area of the panel shall be 20%. The panels shall be bent on all four sides and shall have extended flanges to accommodate the clamps. The panels shall be fixed to mounting frame made of galvanized spring Tee Triangle bar carriers by means of screen panel guide clamps of 50 mm x 75 mm x 3 mm in extruded aluminium in approved coil / powder coated (minimum 50 microns) which shall be fixed on the walls / other supporting structures made of concrete / MS structures as per fixing arrangements approved in the drawing. The rate includes cost of all material, labour, transportation, staging, T&P, machineries, consumables, electricity etc complete except the cost of supporting MS frame works if any required which shall be paid separately. Note: 1. Stage Payment against receipt of Materials at Site will be made as under: a) 70% of the accepted rate (not the value) of the item of BOQ or 90% of the material invoice value whichever is lesser upon receipt of materials at site / yard. b) Balance value of the item will be paid in IPCs upon work completion of the item.
