Rolling and consoildating fromation surfaces in cutting by power roller exc 8 ton not exc 12 ton capacity

M&L for 300 mm thick Granular Sub Base (GSB) in two layers of 150 mm each over compacted subgrade using graded stone aggregate of size 63 mm Grade-1 deposited, spread and levelled in two layer watered and rolled with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller all as shown on drg ,specified and directed. Note : GSB spreading and compacting shall be as per clause 401.3 & 406.3 of ' MORTH' specifications.

M&L for WMM 150 mm thick ( compacted thickeness) in two layers of 75 mm each using graded stone aggregate of grading as specified in table 400-11 of IRC Publication viz.premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mixer plant laying in uniform layers with paver and compacting with vibrater roller to achive the desired density all as shown on drg , specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick DLC with 7days compresive strength as 7 MPa with 20 mm aggregate all as shown on drg , specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling 10mm thick under floor or in foundation including consoildation all as shown on drg , specified and directed.

M&L for polythene film, 400 Micron thick HDPE sheet as per IS 2508 complete all as shown on drg , specified and directed.

M&L 225 mm thick PQC in pavement/hardstanding of flexrual strength of 45 kg/sqcm including necessary formwork in field using non circular synthetic fibre@ 0.25% by weight of cement using OPC of 43 Grade (qty as per mix design) laid to slope using mechanical (Slip Form) paver with sensor surface vibrator, vibrating screed and needle vibrators, laying speed upto 1.5m per minutes complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by Engnr in Charge Notes: (i) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (iII) Synthetic fibre shall be measured & paid separately under respective item. (Iv) Only sensor based slip form mechanical paver of minimum width 9 metre ( preferably 11 mtr ) having surface vibrator , vibrating screed and needle vibrator to be used for laying. Paver shall have arrangement for brooming. (v) Moveable truss mounted tents to be kept at site to protect fresh concrete from rain, heat and wind.

M & L for finishing concrete roads, pavements by belting and spraying curing compound with 90 % water retention complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate is inclusive of curing compound as per BIS with 90% water retention .

M & L for forming 20 mm wide expansion joint in 225 mm thick concrete pavement and filling with 20 mm thick premoulded high density filler board HD 100 as specified and provn of 25 mm dia polythelene rod and top minimum 15 mm primed & filled with cold applied joint sealant compound of POLYSULPHIDE. The concrete surface and the joints shall be made dry and free of dirt and vacuume cleaned by a mechanical device and sealing the joints with POLYSULPHIDE based sealant over two coats of approved primer , before 30 minutes to pouring the sealant all as per manufacturer's instructions ( primer Make FOSROC/SIPY) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i ) 20 mm thick premoulded high density filler board HD 100 will be measured and paid sepratly) (ii) Joint sealant should have MAF + 30% masking tapes should be placed on sides before poaring joint sealant.

Supply and apply for forming of construction joints of 10x 15 mm size at spacing not more than 4m c/c in 225mm thick concrete pavement and provn of12 mm dia polyethylene rod and filling with cold applied joint sealent compound of POLYSULPHIDE up to 15mm above polyethylene rod , after priming the sides of concrete with primer complete all as specified and shown on drgs

All as per item No 12 but dummy joint 5x24 mm size with 8mm polyethylene rod.

M&L for 20mm thick premoulded high density filler board HD 100 fixed in between expension joints ,cutting the boards in to reqd size & shape and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with adequate no of coats (until the desired result is obtained) of painting lines, dashes, letters etc. on pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow in color

Suply only polyester triangular fibre/non circular synthetic fibre as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete.

Removing excavated meterial (rock ) exc 500mtr but not exc 1500 mtr and depositing where diected

M&L for 150 mm thick soling compacted thickness using 63 mm graded stone aggregate Grade-1 deposited, spread and levelled watered and rolled with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller all as specified and directed.

M&L for WMM 75 mm thick in compacted thickeness single layer using stone aggregate of grading as specified in table 400-11 of IRC Publication viz.premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mixer plant laying in uniform layers with paver and compacting with vibrater roller to achive the desired density .

M&L for preparing the WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc, all as specified.

M & L for applying evenly using mechanical sprayer a tack coat using bitumen emulsion @ 10 kg/10 sqm

M&L for premix bituminous dense asphaltic concrete (DAC) Gde II , 40 mm thick (consolidated) and 6% binder content rolled, compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver spreader with electronic sensor taking signal from string laid with the help of total ststion all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded trap stone aggrgate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L Precast cement concrete solid Block masonry in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded trap stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:4.

M&L Rendering in CM (1:4), 15mm thick over concrete/ block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for providing precast cement concrete cover slabs with type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary use & waste of form work and set in CM 1:4 all as specified. Note: Reinforcement will be measured & paid separately under appropriate item.

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick as in soft disintegrated rock.

Removing excavated meterial ( soft disintegrated rock ) exc 250 m & n.exe 500 and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above starting point in as in soft disintegrated rock.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted ) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre /10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces including preparation of surface.

M&L HDPE pipe of 110 mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed to the toe wall for weep holes
