Complete removal of existing treatment of walls / roof of RCC and AC sheets etc and preparation of old plastered surface of walls including plasters and cornices etc and applying two coat of exterior emulsion (weather coat) over a coat of anti-alkaline primer in different colours for camouflage and concealment of sigma II software design/ patterns approved by users complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board fibre, pulp insulation etc or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing acoustical wall panelling with using hollow GI channel 30x50 mm at 0.54 m interval longitudinally and cross hollow section at 1.00 m C/C using rawl plug and screws. The space between section shall be filled with 50 mm thick mineral wool insulation wrapped in glass cloth of at least 5 mil and 11.0 x 10 mesh. Tie with 24 gauge GI wire at 300 mm interval. Then cover with 0.71 mm with aluminium sheet having 3 mm perforation at 8 mm C/C. All joints shall be overlapped with 25 mm x 2 mm aluminium flats.

M&L for joint free Non-Skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, (grade BII) matt superior finish, first quality, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350mmx250mmx7mm/ 450mmx350mmx7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat 10mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Make-Somany/Orient.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.
