Taking out old unserviceable fire hydrant door complete for repair such as repalacement of MS sheet, door glass, oilling, greasing, welding including painting with fire red etc as required at site and re fixed as before complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable hose box complete and S & F new hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm x 600mm x 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS Sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable hose reel drum complete for repair such as oilling, greasing, welding, replacement of rusted part of GI pipe of existing size including painting with fire red etc as required at site for smooth functioning and re fixed as before complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable hose reel drum complete and S & F new hose reel drum with 30 mtr water hose 20mm ID type II WP 10.2 Kgf/Cm square as per IS:444 1987 including male and female coupling complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable hose complete and S & F new Non percolating Reinforced Rubber Lined Hose (RRL) type A- 63mm x 15 mtr with male and female coupling complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable Air Cushion tank with relief valve 200mm complete for repair such as repair/replacement of Air relief valve, butterfly valve 25mm including GI pipe and all type of GI fittings i.e. GI Socket, Elbow, Union, Plug, rubber gasket etc all as required at site and refixing of existing GI pipe, welding including painting with fire red etc and re fixed as before complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Cost of welding work, nuts,bolts & gasket and other items required at site for smooth functioning of systems is included in the unit rate.

Taking out old unserviceable Air Cushion tank with relief valve 200mm complete and S&F new Air Cushion Tank with relief valve 200mm complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable fire hydrant valve single headed of size 63 mm dia complete and S&F new fire hydrant valve single headed complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable sprinkler rossette 25 mm dia and S&F new sprinkler rossette 25 mm dia as per sample approved complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of fire fighting pipe line of size 50/80/100 mm bore including assesories with approved colour of fire fighting including cleaning and preparing surface complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable fire hydrant alram switch and S&F new fire hydrant alram switch as per sample approved complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS ERW pipe Heavy class/gade of size 100 mm including taking down old & unserviceable existing complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Cost of welding work, nuts,bolts & gasket and other items required at site for smooth functioning of systems is included in the unit rate.

S&F Power contactor, 3 pole, MNX 22 type (AC3 rating 22 Amp and AC1 rating 32 Amp as per Cat No CS94980 of make L & T including taking down old & unserviceable existing complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Bimetal Over load Relay, 3 pole, MN-2 direct mounting on MNX-22 type of relay range 14-23 Amp as per Cat No SS94144OODO of make L & T including taking down old & unserviceable existing complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for MCB TP, 63 Amps, 415 volts including taking down old unserviceable existing complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for MCCB TP, 100 Amps, 415 volts, breaking capacity 25 KA including taking down old unserviceable existing complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Single Phase Preventer, VSP2 type, 415 volts, 50 Hz including taking down old & unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Branch pipe gun metal 63mm intantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet,15mm bore nozzle short including taking down old unserviceable existing complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and loabour for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring with 2x4.0 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated copper condutor cable single core and 1x2.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated copper condutor calbe single core as earth wire laid in PVC casing /caping on surface incl taking down old U/s existing submain wiring with conduit/casin capping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair GI pipe of medium grade of size 25 mm complete including all GI fittings i.e. GI Socket, Elbow, Union, Plug etc as required at site, complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of gate/ butterfly valve 25mm dia of cast copper alloy complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts, cross sectional area of cable 16 sq mm 4.0 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall / passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable fire pump with motor 12.5 HP capacity centrifugal type of any type and size for servicing such as greasing, replacement of gland packing, coupling, ball bearing and other repair as required at site and re installation after service including electric connections and testing etc complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Cost of welding of flange work, nuts,bolts & gasket and other items required at site for smooth functioning of systems is included in the unit rate.

Taking down old unserviceable Fire Alarm Control Panel complete for servicing such as electric rewiring, replacement of unserviceable parts of existing system, replacement of PCBs and other repair as required at site and re installation after service including electric connections and testing etc complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Cost of all items required at site for smooth functioning of ire Alarm control panel is included in the unit rate.

Taking down old unserviceable hose cabinet hose box complete for repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts and other repair as required at site and re installation after service including electric connections and testing etc complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Cost of welding work, nuts,bolts & gasket and other items required at site for smooth functioning of systems is included in the unit rate.

Taking down old unserviceable Pressure gauge 4" dial 0-150 Kg/Cm2 complete and S&F new pressure gauge 4" dial 0-150 Kg/cm2 ratting fixed on pressure line etc complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Cost of welding work, nuts,bolts & gasket and other items required at site for smooth functioning of systems is included in the unit rate.

S&F in replacement of 6 watt ceiling speaker complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for re filling of fire extinguisher Dry Chemical Powder type of capacity 5 Kgs complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for re filling of fire extinguisher Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type of capacity 4.5 Kgs complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for re filling of fire extinguisher Gas Cartridge type of capacity 9 Kgs complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 62830.00
