Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 2 sqm each and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment under existing floor using chemical emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of voids in masonry, wall cracks, expansion joints etc., using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment at points of contact of wooden surface of roof / surface inside electrical fittings and of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.25 litre per sqm of surface area complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc., and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) The rate is inclusive of finishing the exposed surfaces as per clause 4.11.16 of MES Schedule Part-I.

Factory made Glazed and skeleton shutters, of IInd class hardwood, 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Glass or wire cloth as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Factory made Glazed and skeleton shutters, of IInd class hardwood, 30mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and as directed.

The plate shall be buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to earth lead as described here-in-before by means of bolts, nuts, washers and checknuts made out of galvanised iron or mild steel, earthing lead protected by as described here-in-before and connected to main switch board or main control board or electric pole all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of MES Sch Part-I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 chamber, reinforced cement concrete cover slab with locking arrangement and handle of 10mm dia MS round bars 450mm long, 1:2:4 type B1, 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars at 140mm centre to centre both ways, GI pipe of bore 20mm medium grade for watering with funnel, wiremesh, salt, charcoal, lugs including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
