Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering using ready mix plaster bags on brick/concrete surface of external walls, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directred. Note :- Contractor is required to deposit readymix bags for 100% CA quantity to Engr-in-Charge with in 15 days of issue to WO-1.

M&L for applying one coat of acrylic water based Exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio (Minimum) as per approved manufacturer's instructions to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine i.e TruCare Graco Ultramax II 490 PC Pro or equivalent as approved by GE for paint application with a flow speed of min 2.0 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI on prepared and wall (External ) surfaces as per above items. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint @ 0.2 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio (Minimum) of approved tint as per approved manufacturer's instruction over prepared and primed surface of external wall with fully automatic airless spray machine i.e TruCare Graco Ultramax II 490 PC Pro or equivalent as approved by GE for paint application with a flow speed of min 2.0 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI as per above items. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concretebut excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying APP modified membarane with non-woven polyester reinforcement mat (concrete core) not less than 3 mm thick & not less than 3.5 kg /sqm, the over lap torching shall be 100 mm on length side & 100 mm on width side, over a tack coat of Industrial bitumen @ 1.20 kg / Sqm over bituminious based primer as per IS No. 3383 @ 250 gms/ sqm including apply of Aluminium colour synthetic enamel paint @ 200 gms/sqm all as per manufacture's instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in side of path/ benching / coved fillets etc rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVDF aluminium composite panels with fire resistent mineral filled core material as in interior/exterior wall cladding on external wall surface shall consist of following :- (i) Aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 3 mm with outer surface finished with PVDF based coating 0.25mm, inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyster paint. The thicness of aluminium cover sheet shall be 0.50 mm inner core shall be of LDPE. (ii) Aluminim framing of section 25mm x 50mm x 1.50mm thick. (iii) Aluminium grid shall not be exceed 1.0 sqm each the aluminium grid not more than 1 mtr c/c shall be fixed with MS angle 30x30x5 mm projected 150mm from surface of wall. (iv) Colour shall be approved by GE. (v) Joint shall be sealed with silicon weater proof sealing compound with help of masking Tapes. Note : Canopy, borders, projections etc will be measured in sqm for payment purpose.

S&F in repairs 300mm size stainless steel letters, in Hindi/English and fix with stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

S&F for 12 mm thick glass door, frosted with certain logo, fixed with floor spring, fixed on floor with two nos stainless steel handle of 300mm on each leaf and fixed partition arrangement incl necessary provision to lock the door, completed all as specified and directed. Note :- Floor spring will be paid separately.

S&F double action floor spring hydrolically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty, complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, complete labour, testing, Earth lead/strip upto 7.5 mtr, charcoal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator,PCC earth Pit, CI frame ,RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are incl in quoted rate and watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe, test poit, and earth lead exceeding 7.5 mtr are measured and paid separately. (ii) Chemical earthing shall be executed after approval of make/manufacturer by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or fixed on wall with porcelain insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required Copper Strip 20x3 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errection in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 co SP-31, 09 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate and final tape plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws incl painting with two coat synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer after errection and providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel point 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete and marking pole number on pole all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Details of Pole No etc shall be written as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and the rates for the same are deemed to be including in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230X230X6 mm3, stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc, all as per electrical plate No 1 SSR part 1 and as directed including taking down old unsv, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation earth work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.

Surface dressing in soft/loose soil not exceeding 15 cm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Broken stone or boulders Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick including spreading lime stone powder under stones complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Retro reflective sign board of size 900 mm X 1200 mm made of ACP sheet of 3 mm thick. ACP Sheet will be fixed on SS (Stainless Steel ) frame of with legs of Stainless steel (SS) on PCC 1:3:6 type 2.10 m above the ground level and 750 mm below the ground level, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The background of board to be provided with blue colour, letters and boarder with white retro reflective tape. (ii) Same description will be mentioned on both side of ACP Sheet. (iii) The size of letters and description will be as per directed by Engr-in-charge, board will be complete fixing/grouting with nut/bolts/Anchor fastener with washers.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Retro reflective sign board of size 600mmx1800mm made of ACP sheet of 3 mm thick. ACP Sheet will be fixed on wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The background of board to be provided with blue colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. (ii) Same description will be mentioned on one side of ACP Sheet. (iii) The size of letters and description will be as per directed by Engr-in-charge, board will be fixed on Wall complete fixing/grouting with nut/bolts/Anchor fastener with washers.

M&L for replacement of Maintenance free dry battery 12 volt 180 AH minimum warrenty of 36 Months including statndard accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Street Light Luminaries 70/ 75 watt fitting aesthetically designed for road lighting, having secondary optics with uniform distribution of light, pressure die cast aluminum housing powder coated in grey and toughened glass, IP 66 protection, class I with operating voltage range 120 to 270 V including LED driver complete all as specified and directed.
