OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR M AND O OF CENTRAL AC PLANT AND PACKAGED TYPE AC PLANT ALONGWITH DG SET AND ALLIED SERVICES AT GMS UNDER GE I GOS

Outsoucring of service of Central Type Air Conditioning Plant by 01 operator per day in each shifts of eight hours continuous duration excluding Sundays and holidays (As published in Army Postal Seva Corp Celander) and carrying out daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and Cleaning and dusting of all equipments including first hand repairs upto Rs. 500/-quaterly such as as fixing of gland, replacement of packings, repair of electric junction connection etc. complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-charge for the CENTRAL AC PLANT TTW Phase-I & AIMA (ONE SHIFT DAILY) and having following equipments.) 3 x 30 Ton = 90 Ton capacity plant TTW Phase-I (Incl DG set 250 KVA) 2 x 33 Ton = 66 Ton capacity plant AIMA (Auditorium ) incl DG set 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Man power to be employed are as under:- (i) Operator (Skilled) - 01 No. in Each shift. (ii) The provision of statutory laws relating to minimum wages shall be strictly adhered by the contractor and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include these factors. If the quoted rates are less than the minimum fair wages the bid shall be treated as non-bonafide.

All as per item No.1 above but with 01 operator for the CENTRAL AC PLANT TTW PH-III & PH-II AC Plant for ONE SHIFT DAILY and having following equipments :- 3 x 33 and 3x22 Ton Capacity plant, including AHU, Pump sets and Cooling tower and DG set 250 KVA (at PH-III) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Man power to be employed are as under:- (i) Operator (Skilled) - 01 No. in Each shift. (ii) The provision of statutory laws relating to minimum wages shall be strictly adhered by the contractor and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include these factors. If the quoted rates are less than the minimum fair wages the bid shall be treated as non-bonafide.

Additional maning and operation of AC plant of any capacity other than stiuplated shift as indicated above under item No. 1 to 2 complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing the services of electrician for attending day to day complaints at Md and OTM accns area in gen shift (08 hrs i.e from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs incl half hour break on each day) for 02 electricians including sundays and closed holidays, Cleaning and dusting of all electrical components (DBs and etc including first hand minor repairs, etc maintainging daily records, job cards of day to day complaints etc , daily maint of surrounding areas, electrical panel boards, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Man power to be employed are as under:- (i) Electrician (Skilled) - 02 No. in Each shift. (ii) The provision of statutory laws relating to minimum wages shall be strictly adhered by the contractor and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include these factors. If the quoted rates are less than the minimum fair wages the bid shall be treated as non-bonafide.

Outsourcing the services of external Water supply Installation equipments such as, operation of DG Setat akash mandir pump house, Kajupadhi, Kurskhetra area, 01 operator for 03 shifts daily including Sundays & holidays. Cleaning and dusting of all equipments including first hand minor repairs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Man power to be employed are as under:- (i) Operator (Skilled) - 01 No. in Each shift. (ii) The provision of statutory laws relating to minimum wages shall be strictly adhered by the contractor and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include these factors. If the quoted rates are less than the minimum fair wages the bid shall be treated as non-bonafide.
