Supply, installation, testing and commissioning out door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 40 cm above the ground level and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system lockable/openable by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof .suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, CPRI approved, 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process which includes seven tank pretreatment process comprising of degreasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphatising, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93. The TPN busbar shall be insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size "F" class insulator at an interval not more than 250 mm through out the length of theTPN busbar. Supply & fixing in replacement Contactor TP 32 Amp 1NO+1NC,415 V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Disconnecting all existing electrical connection from panel ,taking out unserviceable MCCB and cable from LT panel Board and fixing, only ,connecting and testing of MCCB 63 to 160 Amp 3/4 pole with suitable size of cable lugs/thimble complete incl all electrical connection with making good the damaged surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charged. Disconnecting all existing electrical connection from panel ,taking out unserviceable MCCB and cable from LT panel Board and fixing, only ,connecting and testing of MCCB 200 to 400 Amp 3/4 pole with suitable size of cable lugs/thimble complete incl all electrical connection with making good the damaged surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. M&L for painting on old painted surface of LT Panel/Feeder Piller Box by brushing after cleaning stain & grease spot with thinner and sand papar and painting the cleaned surface with synthetic enamel paint as existing colour to acheive good finish by applying two coat paint by spray painting machine carefully after disconnection of power supply and covering the meters, indicators, relays and switches to prevent fall of paint drop on them & including writing, numbering, letter etc with white paint on newly painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply & Fixing in repair MCCB Distribution Board TPN double door with and including 415 volts with 200 Amps bus bar, factory made 4 way flush type protection class IP-54 of Legrand or equivalent of other specified make with and including MCCB 100 Amps, FP, 16 kA - 1No. of legrand or equivalent of other specified make as incomer and MCB SP, 63 Amps, 10 kA, 'C' curve -12 Nos, as outgoing including grouting the DB flush with walls , making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and fixing in repairs MCCB TP 63 Amps 16 KA, 415 Volts AC, 50 Hz, complete with in sheet metal enclosere of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet with powder coat painted including connecting with existing system and cabling network including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Fixing only in replacement Isolator 100/63 Amp Amps, 3/4 pole, , 415 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge (Note : Mtrl will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing)

M&L in repairs for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 2x6 sqmm & 1x4 sqmm as earth wire with and including surface PVC casing caping of size not less than 20 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M & L for maintenance of feeder pillar/LT panel indoor/outdoor type Panel by cutting corroded MS lid from LT panel, and weilding the same with 2 mm thick MS sheet in any desired shape including removing the carbonized/melted sparked thimbles, cleaning the carbonized bus bar making cable ends clean and replacement of following unserviceable parts with new nut bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
