Supply and fixing new lead acid battery 105 AH with initial charging and connecting up including disconnecting old/unserviceable battery complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing new lead acid battery 130 AH with initial charging and connecting up including disconnecting old/unserviceable battery complete all as specified & directed.

Servicing of self starter after taking down the same from DG Set capacity upto 75 KVA, transporting to workshop, opening the same and replacing the defective parts/winding including testing after repair/servicing and refixing in original position all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3 above but capacity of DG set 100 KVA to 160 KVA.

Supply and fix change over off load switch 4 pole 63 Amp with sheet metal enclosure all as directed including necessary modification required to accommodate the change over switch and including taking out unserveable change over switch complete all as specified and as directed..

S & F single phase preventer in panel to prevent single phasing complete all as spcified and directed.

Material and Labour for electrical insulation rubber green matting of size 2M x 1M x 5 mm, ISI Marked including taking down the existing rubber mat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Power contactor, 4 pole, 7.5 to 40 KVA, Type MCX 12 suitable for DG Set AMF panel, including necessary connections with PVC insulated suitable wire including removing the unserviceable contactor comlete all as specified and directed.

M & L Power contactor, 4 pole, 50 to 62.5 KVA, Type MCX 22 suitable for DG Set AMF panel, including necessary connections with PVC insulated suitable wire including removing the unserviceable contactor for comlete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Power contactor, 4 pole 75 to 160 KVA Type MCX 33 suitable for DG Set AMF panel, including necessary connections with PVC insulated suitable wire including removing the unserviceable contactor for comlete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling distilled water for top up levelling to 12 volts batteries complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts 16 kA Ics=100% Icu including extended terminals and taking down old unserviceable any capacity of MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Door Hinges (Left hand side) for DG set of any capacity suitable for existing door including with taking out old unserviceable hinges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HRC Fuse suitable for single phase, 40 to 160 KVA DG Set to AMF Panel including taking out unserviceable fuse any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rewiring of AMF panel for DG Set of any capacity complete all standard relays, circuits and protection required for automatic and manually operation of Gen set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing stop solenoid for DG Set of capacity 40 KVA Kirloskar Model No.4 R1040PLUS ENGINE SR.NO.4H.3048/1321880, as per existing including taking out old unserviceable any type of stop solenoid complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing CT Coil cap 75/5 Amp for Panel of DG set any capacity, as per existing including taking out old unserviceable any type of CT coil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing LVM (Line Voltage Monitor) for Panel of DG set any capacity, as per existing including taking out old unserviceable LVM complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the Radiator of DG Set of capapcity upto 75 KVA , cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, arresting of leakages/blockages if any, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 30 above but capacity 100 KVA to 160 KVA.
