Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes, laying cables, pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 1.00 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m and not exc 3m.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm, 4 Core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc,complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable, complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 25mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable, complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, jointing & connecting 03 core PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable (flexible) of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked (IS-694), drawn through pipes / laid in trench / duct, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Cable is required to be connected from street light to junction box with proper lungs. (ii) T&P required such as ladder/ crane vehicle/manpower etc are rnclusive in rate quoted.Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account

S&F cable junction box of size 250x250x155 for outdoor installation IP-65 protected made of poly carbonate with necessary clamps for mounting on pole, comprising with aluminium bus bar for 3 phase and neutral of required amps capacity for cable size 16/35 sqmm 4 core, phase and neutral fixed on porcelain insulator and MCB, SP 0.5 to 6 amps, 10 KA - 01 No complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing to Transformer / GOD switch / equipments / panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and other end of earth wire connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point, GI earth wire encased in and including 15mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

S&F Bus bar chamber cubical type with busbar chamber having 4 wire 415 Volts factory made dust proof vermin proof for outdoor using made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated, machine pressed, both side opening in two halves with provision of rubber beading and locking arrangement, including aluminium bus bar of 200 Amps capacity 4 strip mounted on DMC/Epoxi insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection cover, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle of size 40 x 40x 6mm, frame and legs dully spray painted internally and externally with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Steel tubular swan neck type 09 metre long pole complete with mild steel base plate,type -410 SP-31 and painting complete all as specified & as directed. Note : (i) Cost of painting & numbering i.e. making five no. alternative yellow & black strips 30 cm height each (upto 1.50 meter height from top of PCC coping & numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint etc shall be deemed to be inclusive in the rate of above items. (ii) Excavation & Earth work and PCC foundation & coping shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles etc, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation of stays assembly , coping and bed concrete of poles etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Supply, fixing and testing LED Street light fitting of 90 Watt including LED lamps complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in single piece by high pressure dia case LM6 aluminium alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with IP 66 protection as per IS-10322-1982 (Part-I) with latest amendment and input voltage range 100-300V,AC,frequency 50-60Hz, P.F. should be more than 0.9 with total harmonic distortion THD not less than 10%, cool white colour and lamp starting time should not be more than 10 Second. Fitting should be provided with 15 KV surge protection. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver. Driver should have high voltage withstanding capacity upto 300V, AC, Driver should also have phase protection, on load, open circuit and short circuit protection. LED light fitting should be suitable for ambient temperature from -5 degree Centigrade to 50 degree Centigrade and humidity level 10% to 90% RH. Covers should be polycarbonate/toughened glass to ensure IP 66 degree protection. Cover should not degrade due to heating and ageing. The efficiency of LED luminaries system be more than 85 lumens per watt and must be certified by the LM-79 test report.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Notes for serial item No. 21 :- (i) Vertical height of legs of LT panel base frame shall be not less than 45cm from top of nearest road level / PCC floor finish. Legs shall be grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate). (ii) The contractor shall produce and get the detailed drawings of LT Panel approved from GE before fabrication and placing the order to the approved manufacturer. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include supply & provision of built in flush type locks (with 02 keys) of superior quality as directed by Engineer in Charge. (iv) MS frame work shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer. (v) Cost of MS frame work, painting, platform, MCCB spreaders, cable glands, locking arrangement with lock and key and any minor addition/alteration where required at site (the decision of GE will be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
