Painting of all pumping machinery i.e., motors, liquid rotor starters, lubrication pumping machinery, lubrication tank, 900mm dia. sluice and reflux valves, AVRs and rising mains and other accessories at LIS TPH, Jammu.

Painting of pumping machinery ,equipment and allied items installed at Tawi Pump House as detailed below by way of removing rusted paint, grease ,dust deposited at various spots by scratching surface using emery paper ,blowing dust from inner and outer surface of motors and panel of LRS AVRs and cleaning surface of Sluice Valves and NRVs, Rising Mains /M.S pipes Using wire brush and emery papers etc. to make surface smooth and ready for painting and then applying two coats of superior quality /reputed make enamel paint of color as per originally painted machinery and allied components. (i) Painting surface of six nos., 750 KW, 6.6 kv motors along with motor stool and base frame complete job. (ii) Painting surface of six nos. Liquid Rotor Starter for 750 KW motors. (iii) Painting surface of pressure filters along with pipe fittings meant for lubrication of six Nos. VT pumps. (iv) Painting surface of 900 mm dia. sluice valve installed on rising main of all the units (v) Painting surface of 900 mm dia. Non return valves installed on the rising mains of all the six units in TPH (vi) Painting surface of all the Six nos Rising mains and pipes of the lubrication pump, delivery pipes of the KRTU pump including Valves of lubrication system installed at TPH. (vii) Painting surface of all the units of Two Nos AVRs including Isolators. (viii) Painting of LT transformer including wire mesh fencing. All the Jobs to be carried out very carefully engaging skilled workers and using proper tools and tackles saving rating plates and all the conducting contacts. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, charges of all the tools and tackle required for execution of the job including scaffolding arrangement.
