Supply & fixing of cantilever type XI retro reflective sign plate made out 3 mm tihick Aluminum Composite panel, faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter & logo with overlay film type of sheeting after the etching treatment of Aluminum sheeting. The backside of sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy/ Powder coating. This sheet be fixex on a frame of 40x40x5 angle Iron.
Supply of steel structure in single section. Built up section/ frame from M.S. black pipes (medium duty) as per IS-1239 (part-1) 1979 with connecting plate anchor bolts including cutting, welding, bolting, fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including foundation bolts.
Foundation work of foundation in RCC 1:2:4 including excavation, reinforcement, Shuttering backfilling & removal of excess earth as per drawing.
Erection of Gantry Sign Board using Gantry crane at site including nut bolting etc.
