This item is to be procured from the source having BIS License for the tendered item i.e.IS: 447 / '88 (4th Rev.) . Firm to quote with valid BIS license documents along with their offer failing which their offer will be summarily rejected. (2) Marking mandatory as per IRS terms and condition, GCC, specification.
Bidder to upload following document/undertaking: (i) Land border sharing declaration as per GCC clause 32, attached (ii) If bidder is NOT the manufacturer: Tender specific authorization letter from manufacturer with email address of manufacturer as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached.
