Preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces of any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.01 here in before but in two coats.

Complete removal of existing treatment by preparation of old treated surfaces of any description, applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint over a coat of alakali resistent primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30cm high using synthetic enamal paint of approved shade on surfaces of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc using synthetic enamal paint of approved shade on surfaces of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass of any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass of any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and disposing of debris complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surface with even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling /RCC surfaces in cement mortar (1:3), finishing the plastered surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plaster surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint over a coat of alkali reistant primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint of approved tint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces of any description and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Spraying antiweed / non toxic solution / chemicals containing Glyphosate as per manufacture instructions and removing the weed including the roots after ensuring complete de-germification of palnt/weed and cutting down the plant/trees off from roof/top sides of external walls of buildings, in chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of GI/CI/AC/PVC pipes and taking out roots entered in wall/slabs, including making good the surface using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar (1:2) or brick work in CM(1:4) plastered with CM(1:4) to match with existing surface and repairing the pipes and joints which was affected by cutting down/taking out process for plants / trees located in the buildings upto four storey high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Contractor has to execute the work of de-generated plant/weeds as per the prior approval and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Part II (Internal Electrification works)

Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper wiring/power point wiring (light, fan,call bell socket or power circuits) including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans etc., complete and making good the disturbed surface of walls, ceiling etc., including painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring complete concealed with 1.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor cable conforming to IS 694 drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked including accessories concealed in walls including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet, concealed on walls with laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., including provision of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed.for one light point controlled by one switch.

NOTE:- Four wires of 6 sq.mm and one wire of 6 sq.mm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Brackets made out of GI tubing medium grade 25 mm bore, approx length 1.5 m long including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 6 mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc., applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer before fixing including removing the old existing GI bracket from building complete all as specified and as directed.

Sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with a two pin earth plug and socket with one single pole MCB 32 Amps, 230 Volts AC complete all as specifeid and directed.
