Supply of 3 Ply Corrugated Boxes-1000ml to Pack Tetra Pak Brick and 3 Ply Corrugated Boxes-180ml Fino With Partition for a period of 06 months.

Tenderer must have supplied similar type of materials to any of the KMF units / Milk unions and purchase Orders should be submitted for the same.

The bidder should quote the rate with inclusive of all taxes, Freight, Packing & Forwarding, Insurance, Loading & Unloading and transportation to F.O.R destination.

Tenderer must submit the samples of corrugated boxes - 05 Nos Each Variant on or before 18.07.2026 at 17:00 Hours without fail. Samples received after the above said date will not be considered for Technical Evaluation.

Samples submitted by the bidders must be as per our specifications mentioned in the Tender document.

If any deviations found in the samples submitted by the bidders, CHAMUL holds the right to reject those tenders with the recommendation from our Quality Assurance Section.

Tenderer must have fully automated plant for supply of the said corrugated boxes, documents for the same should be submitted.

Any changes in box dimension will have to be made good by successful tenderer looking into practically in the long run.

Loading & Unloading of materials is under scope of supplier.

Tender period will be for Six Months or till the tenderer completes the supply of Total Quantity of the boxes as mentioned in tender document whichever is earlier.

Tenderer must supply different variants of 3Ply Corrugated boxes as per CHAMUL Requirement like Good Life Toned / Smart / Slim / Gold / VijayaVajra / Suraksha / Coffee day / Fa Milk for both 1000ml & 180ml as per the schedule given by CHAMUL. Cylinder / Plate charges should be borned by the supplier and artwork will be provided by the CHAMUL.

Purchase of Corrugated Boxes completely depends on KMF directions from time to time and completion or non-completion of total Tendered quantity of corrugated boxes will be under the scope of CHAMUL.

Tenderer must upload the Scanned copy of whole Tender Document with Tenderer Stamp & Signature in all pages without fail. If the Tenderer fails to upload the signed copy of tender document, those tenders will be rejected.

Bidder should submit Company Registration Certificate, GST, PAN, last three years Balance Sheet with CA Certification and last three years IT returns.
