Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing unserviceable material outside MoD land complete all as directed.
Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including complete cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off outside MoD land area complete all as directed.
Material and Labour for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing surface with neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off outside MoD land area all as directed
Material and labour 16-18mm thick Granite (Z- Black)(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), 15mm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
