M&L aluminium alloy powder coated windows including aluminium coated frames double pannel/silding track, bottom weighing not less than 1.015 Kg/Rm ,sides and top not less than 0.826 kg/Rm double revated and 0.55 kg/Rm for window shutter with one fixed glazed shutter and two nos glazed/gauged shutter silding type with aluminium sectins as per series-A (15mm) 3 track/double pannel of jindal section number for silding windows with framed shutter including aluminium allow powder coated snap type beads handles with locking arrngement spring action and glazing clips joint cleats rubber gaskets etc inclding provision of 4.5 mm thick tinted frosted glass of superior quality and stainless steel jail including all standard fittings complete all as specified and directed

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS :1868 with minimum anodiccoating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved stadandered section and fixed to existing window frame with CP brass/stainless steel screws @200mm c/c, incl cutting the grill to proper opening size for ficing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Anodised aluminium powder coated sliding windows, window shutters and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as locking system, suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC any colour pannel window of area n exc. 2.00 Sqm each made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (88mm x 52mm), pannel sash (42mm x 67mm), interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm).Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including railing of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2 + 0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30mm x 18) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), pannel mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasterners. Hardware (Touch lock of zinc alloyed (any colour powder coated), steel roller system, Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and avg width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories). Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor included cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bond destember over one coat of birla white wall care putty on newly/old plastered surfaces(internal) of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of sixe 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube in opening as per specification and drawing.

S&F factory made soilid panel PVC Door shutter 30mm thick (Stype) consisting of frame made out MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain coloured PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet stripof 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail, & bottom rail; Panneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing.

S&F SS barrel tower bolt extruded section 150mm long and fixed with SS Screws (ISI Marked)
