Material and labour for sprading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 25mm under 4/6 pole HT structure /surounding area of outdoor RMU manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts , spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. ecc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed at site.

Suplying and fixing in replacement of sub station fixing 3.3 to 11 KV electrical insulation mat of size 5 mtr x 1 mtr x 2.5 mm thick specification as per IS 15652 2006 complete all as specified and directed at site.

S&F in replacement for Danger Notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white , with letters, figures and conventional skull and bobes in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed at site.

S&F in replacement Lightening arrestors expulsion type with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed at site.

Labour and T&P for Demolition of path /concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for painting with two coats of superior aluminium paint including necessary preparation of old existing surfaces of wire mesh / matte steel fencing by brushing/cleaning complete steel structure/frame/ gate for 11 KV / 0.433 kv TFR up to 30 Sqmm area complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply only rubber hand gloves ISI Marked suitable for working on HT 15 KV complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for servicing of HT control panel including outdoor CT, PT and relays in control panel of outdoor SF6 breaker of capacity 1250 Amps and rating 36 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- Details of servicing of HT Panel (breaker) :- (i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly (ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iv) Checking the contact for wear. Replace if the contact piece has worn out. (v) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (vi) Check for rust and wear. (vii) Checking of spring charge mechanism (viii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (ix) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any.

Note:- Each sticker shall have different printing matter.

Taking out of heavy duty cooling fan ,3 phase, 50 Hz of size 18" to 24" form power transformer 33/11 KV of capacity 8/10 MVA ,servicing of the fan by opening including cleaning, greasing , replacement of defective spares parts such as bearing/ bushing, capacitor, canopy, clamp, blade, etc with new one and painting of fan body with synthetic enamel paint and re-assembling in same position after repairs and testing complete all as specified and directed at site. Supply and fixing in replacement of Exhaust fan 450 mm sweep heavy duty with heavy duty bearings , balanced blades lovers single phase supply complete with acessories all As specified and as directed at site.

Material and labour for re-painting of HT 11 KV VCB panel consisting not less than 08 Nos VCB/Bus Coupler of approx size 4 to 6 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of Inoming/outgoing/Bus cupller Name/numbers in appropriate size of letters complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for re-painting of HT 11 KV VCB panel consisting not less than 6 Nos VCB/Bus Coupler of approx size 4 to 6 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of Inoming/outgoing/Bus cupller Name/numbers in appropriate size of letters as complete all as specified and directed at site.

Opening of the VCB, 11 KV 400 to 2000 Amps of any make by removing of the Breaker from the existing position after disconnecting all the connections from the system, servicing, Overhauling of the same, checking of the same for proper operation, spring charge, charged control cables are fastened tightly to the terminals, any abnormality, VCB, cleaning the surface of the insulators, fasten the bolts, checking and correcting interrupting units, mechanism, linkages etc, fasten the hardwares of control wiring, check that the split pins, Circlips, dowell pins etc. have not come out and are intact, lubricate the mechanism, moving parts by castrol, all purpose grease or equivalent, check that the vaccum pots/chambers is within limit including opening of the shutters properly, replacing of the trip catch, roller, holding catch, stopper, close push button, closing cum reassembling, control limit switches reconnecting of the breaker for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed at site.

Decarbunizing/cleaning complete HT 11KV, 3 phase independent main bus bar, section bus bar chamber of HT panel electrification connection complete, consisting of set of 3 to 5 HT VCB switch gear arrangement incoming and outgoing installed in sub-stations after removing the complete bus bar spout, circuit spout from the bus bar chamber/cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing, re-fixing the same after applying backtol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete, replacement of damaged space heater along with thermostats, as specified and directed, rate quoted is inclusive of bactol red, CTC & cotton waste provided by contractor.

Material and labour for testing and calibration of HT Panel Complete as mentioned under - (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay (ii) DC Supply supervision relay. (iii) Master trip relay Note:- (I) DC Supply for relay testing shall arranged by the contractor.

Material and labour for ON load / ON line Centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 33 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under item No 67 here-in -after as supply only.

Supply Only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in OLTC & for topping up in transformer as required and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of closing coil assembly 50 volts DC of existing make for SF 6 breaker of capacity 1250 amps of rating 36 KV complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply & fixing in replacement of tripping coil assembly 50 volts DC of existing make for SF 6 breaker of capacity 1250 amps of rating 36 KV complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply & fixing in replacement of closing coil assembly 50 volts DC of existing make for VCB of capacity 1250 amps of rating 36 KV complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply & fixing in replacement of tripping coil assembly 50 volts DC of existing make for VCB of capacity 1250 amps of rating 36 KV complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material & labour for repair /overhauling of OLTC ( On load tap changer ) of 33KV/11KV Power transformer of capacities 8/10 MVA at site by carried out following work of Schinder/ABB make :- (a) Opening of top plate of OLTC. (b) Draining out of transformers oil from the OLTC. (c) Stoping of leakage of oil from main shaft of OLTC including replacement of oil seal and all gasket of OLTC. (d) Checking /servicing of moving and fixed contact of OLTC and resistence test of contact. (e) Flushing of OLTC assembly with hot new oil and removing of sludge. (f) Filling of new transformer oil in OLTC . (g) Tightening of all tapping leads and connections. (h) Refixing of top plate of OLTC in original position after overhauling. (i) Electrical testing of manual/auto operation of OLTC. Note :- Transformer oil as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in -before as supply only.
