Taking out and dismantling of existing ductile iron pipe of size 150mm bore carefully without causing damage to pipe by manual/ any other method for relay at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting in position existing 150 mm DI/CI water mains and inserting CI/DI bend for diversion in position the ductile iron pipes 150mm dia, supply and connecting of suitable bend including all ends, spigots complete as required as per site condition run lead joints, gaskets, nuts & bolts, washers etc. including excavation and earth work in any type of strata complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of ductile iron pipe of size 150mm bore in trenches /walls/roofs/over head bridge including fixing arrangement as per site requirement with rubber/ gasket (tyton) joint 150mm bore including for laying level or to fall in trenches on the ground or on supports above ground level complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Any Length of broken /U/S pipes to be deposited to MES store yard as directed.

Supply and lay and testing of ductile iron pipe with spigot & sockets end cast class "K-7" confirming to IS 8329 with inside surface of centrifugally cast cement mortar lined suitable for rubber/ lead joint 150mm bore including for laying level or to falls in trenches on the ground or on supports above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Cast iron air release valve with two air outlets, 50mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply main 150mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 meter wide and n.exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of stays & poles , laying of cables pipes etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in Hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing commissioning of monoblock open well horizontal submersible pump not less than 10HP suitable for discharge of 7 laps at 50M head , electric driven 3 phase 415V, 50 Hz including 40 Mtr submersible cable with 3 core copper flat multistranded cable as required length and fixing of 3 phase star delta starter with single phase preventer, contactor in desperate sheet metal enclosure duck fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Fabricate, install, connect, test and commission of Outdoor LT Feeder Piller panel board, floor mounted/ pedestal type, cubical, self supported, CPRI approved , front and rear open able, double door hinged type with locking arrangement and sloping top canopy, suitable ventilations on both sides with wire mesh, IP-52 protection with dust and vermin proof etc. fabricated out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated with 7 tank chemical process, mounted/ fixed on and including MS angle iron stand of 1.50 mtr height X 1.20M X0.6M (50cm above FFL and 50 cm below FFL) , fabricated out of 50X59X6 mm thick MS angles duly painted with black enamel, synthetic paint over a red oxide primer duly grouted in PCC 1:3:6 foundation, control wiring copper stranded PVC insulated FRLS cables not less than 1.5 Sqmm , suitable / Capacity of copper Strip Bus bar , earth strip of 32X6 mm size for entire length of panel , suitable size of MS gland with gland plate and aluminium lugs/thimbles for all incoming/outgoing cables etc. complete all as specified and as directed as below:-

M & L fittings for Spigot socketed DI pipes such as bends ( any radius and angle) tapers any type( straight bend increasing decreasing or double sockets etc.) Tee pieces single 'Y' Junction, double branch, cross (all sockets and Spigot) collars , caps & plugs complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Earthing with GI plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically, earth pit not less than 2.25mtr Deep below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers made of galvanised iron and connected to main control board / switch gear / panel boards all as specified and shown in Electrical plate No.3 of MES schedule (SSR) part-1 including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab with 6mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and with 6mm dia MS hook complete and testing resistance complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back pates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated and directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing of 80mm dia bore galvanized medium grade of any length complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F cast iron 150mm bore sluice valve of PN 1.6 both flanged heavy duty drilled and insulated with stainless spindle gun metal face rings rubber gasket 3mm thick, MS bolts nuts and washers(without and by pass arrangement) with hand wheel complete with nuts, bolts and washers graphite rope complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing HT under ground cable of size 120Sqmm 3 core carefully for relaying at site. Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Relaying in trenches / walls/ roofs/ overhead bridge including fixing arrangement as per site requirement of existing cable (11KV) 11000 volts grade of size 120Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and testing cable XLPE insulate screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade of size 120Sqmm 3 core (Earthed cable) laid on wall/ road/ over bridge/ culvert / in trenches/ through light grade GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 120Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay Steel tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fittings of bore of tube 40mm laid in trenches / through the Bridge/ culvert/ road/ on wall / pole etc. with necessary clipping arrangement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for drawing cables under road/drain crossings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts cross sectional area of size 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.
