Construction of gravity dam, spillway ( Superstructure) & it’s Accessories and appurtenant of Hadua Irrigation Project near village Kharod of Baramba block in the district of Cuttack , Odisha including bridge with a carriage way width of 7.5m, head regulator, Construction/Under sluices, Penstock of power house, drainage gallery, inspection gallery, Audit, drainage arrangement, ventilation arrangement, curtain grouting & drainage hole in the drainage gallery, elevator, piers, abutments, Construction/ Expansion joint, guide wall, guide bunds/afflux bund with protection works and other appurtenant works, spill channel and its protection work ,river training work, protection wall and construction of internal approach road to dam top from the nearest connectivity and mechanical works like mechanical gate work (radial) for spillway, vertical gate work for head regulator, penstock of the power house, stop logs, trash rack including Hoist and hoist supporting structure, gantry crane and lifting beam, Power connectivity from the existing 1X250KVA Sub- Station each on both side of proposed Dam, allied machineries and facilities for gate operations and lighting of the sites, backup power arrangement, electrical, electro-mechanical works, Power connectivity works, road connectivity, Electrification of Drainage gallery & Inspection Gallery, Spill channel, Dam area Landscape, Plantation, peripheral development including survey, investigation, Planning, design and estimate of all components as per Technical Specification, relevant IS codes, IRC codes, MoRTH specification, CWC manuals & CBIP manuals etc. complete in all respect.

Operation & maintenance of all components of the work for 5(five) years or five flood seasons whichever is more, after commissioning as per relevant clauses of the agreement, Technical Specification, relevant IS codes, IRC codes, MoRTH specification, CWC & CBIP manuals etc. complete in all respect.
