S&F Ductile iron pressure pipes 150 mm bore class K7, centrifugally cast with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 with cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside zinc coating suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gasket D jointing) in any length including DI specials as required at site confirming to IS 8329/2000 and all jointing materials and making good for disturbed surfaces of roads, path ways etc while laying the pipe line at site, site clearance for the route of pipe line, welding, cutting the existing CI/DI/MS pipe line of any size up to 150 mm bore for inserting branch connections etc complete including taking down old unserviceable CI/GI pipes all as specified and directed.

S&F Ductile iron pressure pipes 80 mm bore class K7, centrifugally cast with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 with cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside zinc coating suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gasket D jointing) in any length including DI specials as required at site confirming to IS 8329/2000 and all jointing materials and making good for disturbed surfaces of roads, path ways etc while laying the pipe line at site, site clearance for the route of pipe line, welding, cutting the existing CI/DI/MS pipe line of any size up to 150 mm bore for inserting branch connections etc complete including taking down old unserviceable GI pipes all as specified and directed.

Notes for item No. 1 & 2:- (a) DI pipe shall be laid in trenches at a depth of 1.0 to 1.5 m below the existing GL (b) Lead Joints / D-Joints will be measured and paid separately. (c) The contractor is responsible for obtaining the approval from Police Department for Traffic Diversion and related works if required in consultation with the MES deparatment. (d) Contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of any damages to the existing structures, Under Ground HT/LT/OFC Cables etc during the course of execution.

M&L ductile iron specials and fittings class K9 such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch. "Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs suitable for DI pipes of flanged/socket ends of sizes 80mm bore to 200 mm bore as in repairs complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, lay and fixing steel water tubes, medium grade, galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches as in repairs complete all as specified and directed for following bore of pipes :-

50 mm dia

25 mm dia.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying of pipe lines, valve chambers, man holes etc including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Excavation to be done by manual.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 as in coping/pedestals of poles including necessary form work complete and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping/platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole / stay / post etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of road / hard standing up to a exc not exc 60 cm in width and 60 cm depth for laying of water pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable CI non raising type sluice valve both ends flanged with CI body, ISI marked, IS 14846, pressure PN 1.6 with SS spindle with clamps and check nuts, operating hand wheel complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

80 mm dia.

S&F gun metal gate valve of 50 mm dia, ISI marked connected with iron wheel head, screwed at both ends for iron pipes and fixed including taking down of unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun metal gate valve of 25 mm dia, ISI marked connected with iron wheel head, screwed at both ends for iron pipes and fixed including taking down of unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Construction of Brick Masonry valve chamber of size 1000 x 1000 x 1000mm (Internal dimensions) with PCC 1:4:8 foundation 150mm thick, brick work built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earthwork in hard/dense soil, MS sheet cover 4mm thick with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting to MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.
