Excavation in soil by manual means Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.But excluding GST.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mix, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. But excluding GSt.

Brick masonry work in cement morter 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. But excluding GST.

12 cm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:6 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. But excluding GST.

Providing laying and jointing hume pipe 1000mm dia NP-3 in position including supply of material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. But excluding GST.

Providing laying and jointing hume pipe 600mm dia NP-3 in position including supply of material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. But excluding GST.

Plain Cement Concrete M-15 (1:2:4) Grade in Open Foundation Complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification. But excluding GST.

Drum delineator in construction Zone Provision of PVC drum/empty bitumen drum delinator, 300 mm in diameter, 800 mm high, filled with earth for stability, oainted in circumferential strips of alternate black and white 100mm wide fitted with reflectors 3 Nos of 7.5 cm dia, all as per IRC:SP:55-2001, But excluding GST.

Reinforced cement concrete in M-20 mix with stone aggregate nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete but including centering & shuttering laid in position (As per MORT&H specification No. 1500/1700). But excluding GST.

Providing and laying 40mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirement giving in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chiping of 13.2mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000c, protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515. But excluding GST.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters. But excluding GST.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M left and 30 M. lead. the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30m distance as directed by the Engineer incharge. Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. But excluding GST.

Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechnical mix plant carrage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. But excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means. But excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsiion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. But excluding GSt. (FOR DBM)

providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRth specificaiton clause No. 508 complete in all respects. Providing and laying 40mm thick bituminous concrete grading-II with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with CRMB-55 bituminous binder @ 5.5 percent of mix and filler, transporting, the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per morth specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. But excluding GST.

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflect rising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm. Area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads in edge line, center line, zebra crossing as per IRC:35-1997. the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification and as per diretion of Engineer-in-charge. Supply & fixing of delineators made up to 20cm. Long made of 16 gauge M.S Pipe of 75 O.D dia M.S Pipe painted with black colour stove enameled paint and four Nos. each 75mm. Width high intensity prismatic (HIP) grade strips bounded on it Retro-Reflective strips Red/yellow/white colour covered with welded mesh (jali) complete including fixing in concrete 1:2:4 of 23cmx23cmx45 cm with all material labour, T&P etc. But excluding GST.

Supply & fixing of cat eyes 3M Marker series 290 or equivalent in size of width not exceed 130mm and height not exceeding 20mm made up of strong engineering polymer thermoplastic polyurethane with electronic welded lenses for retro-reflective in dry and wet weather condition along with bituminous adhesive BT-69(3m) or equivalent as per direction of E/I including cost of fixing and complete. But excluding GST.

Supply and fixing of median marker over top of newly constructed divider type median. But excluding GST.
