Taking down cement plaster of any description hacking for key or raking out joint on old brick work / stone / concrete surface etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in 25 mm thick sub base to flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including screed bed 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300X450X7mm thick as in skirting / dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over & including backing coat 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finsihed even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed

(ii) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (iii) 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound. (iv) Provide 40mm dia light grade GI spout at the lowest point with 30cm projection beyond the out face of the wall. (v) Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 20mm granded brick aggregates as in sunken portion of WC. (Note : Treatment shall be tested for water ponding for 7days)

M&L for water proofing treatment for RCC roof slab as per following specification complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign materials by jet or dry air, cleaning the surfaces mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth (b) Screed bed 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound finished to even & smooth (c) Applying compatible primer @ 0.40 Litr/Sqm

(d) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane as per IS 1654-2017/IS 16352-2017, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.80kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster/HMHDPE matt black finished over and torch applications of membrane with 100mm side overlap and 150mm end lap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer's instructions (e) Applying a coat of aluminum paint on top @ 0.10 litre/sqm (Note : WPC will be measured & paid seperately)
