1.)Renovation of East Facing Two Classroom Rcc building in BharathiPuram PUE School. H/O : Danihset.

Dismantling, clearing away damaged pressed tiles & weathering course including removing and away form site etc

Dismantling, clearing away damaged Dismantling RCC by manual / by using deploying machineries

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using country bricks ground moulded of size 8 3/4" x4 1/4" x2 1/4"cm. For the following including curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick. including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 75 x 75 x 6 Equal Angles section (6.87 Kg/m) for Truss

Supply and fixing of 50 x 50 x 6 Equal Angles section (4.47 Kg/m) for Purling

Supply and fixing of PUF roof panels made up of minimum 0.5mm thick PPGI corrugated Sheet at the top and a plain sheet at the bottom with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) of density 40kg + 2 Kg/cum as insulation in between .The polyurethane foam shall confirm to latest IS 12436. The minimum thickness of PU foam layer shall be 29mm for having 30mm (min) thick PUF panel.etc

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours etc

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) S I No 358

Painting the old iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Supplying amd delivery of green fiber writing board

Supplying amd delivery of green inforamation board

Supplying and fixing PVC Rain water down fall pipes of following dia meter etc., complete.

Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work (P. No.52 sl. No.124)

Providing cheppal rack
