Taking out LT panel/Change over panel /Feeder Pillar Panel installed at CG Power House/ CG Jetty of any size and capacity by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables including breaking of PCC foundation for transporting and fixing in other place safely as directed including re-fixing of LT panel/ Change over panel/ Feeder Pillar Panel with new PCC foundation, angle supports, nuts, bolts and washers including transportation like crane, truck etc without disturbing existing electrical system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out 500KVA DG Set along with control panel and fuel tank from CG power house by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables including breaking of PCC foundation for transporting the DG set to MES store yard/ MES power house safely as directed including tools, transportation like crane, truck etc without disturbing existing electrical system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Transportation cost of DG set to MES store yard/ MES power house is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking out unserviceable LT cable of size 95 to 400 Sqmm by disconnecting incoming and outgoing cables and taken as credit at CG power house and CG Jetty complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 500 KVA (CPCB-IV), Prime Duty, 415V, Radiator Cooled, with acoustic enclosure, diesel generating set powered with suitable capacity prime duty Engine along with base frame, 500 kVA, H/H at 40degC, 50Hz, 415V, 1500RPM Alternator (capable of delivering true 400 kW output @ 0.8 power factor), Static Excitation System, Lube Oil System, Electronic Governor including DG AMF Controller DIEF SGC420 without any breaker (MCCB / ACB), AVM pads, 24 volt DC lead acid batteries, residential grade silencer with bellows, with all other associated equipment/ work complete in all respects as per the latest MOEFCC NOTIFICATION “GSR 804(E) DATED 03.11 .2022 [F.NO. Q-15017/05/2012-CPW suitable for ambient condition at Port Blair and confirming to condition under IS 4722, 10001/10002, 13364, BS 5514/2613/5000 with following :-

(A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 500 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000, IS: 13364 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. i) Insulation class - 'H' ii) Temperature rise Class - 'H' iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with +/- 1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/- 5% . v) Frequency regulation +/- 1%

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the accepting officer based on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS -10001/10002/ 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:- i) Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts. iii) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping upto & outside and 1 meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of 28 SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. iv) Fuel System :- Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection solenoid switch controlled by governor electronic operated/ (as recommended by OEM) for 1% speed /frequency regulation. xii) Coupling arrangement : - Flexible coupling, fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. xiii) Accessories :- AVM Pads built or separately mounted to manufacturer base frames as recommended by OEM. xiv) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes. xv) Fuel Tank :- Daily service fuel tank (as recommended by OEM) with calibrated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, complete on a common base in side the acoustic enclosure. C) Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 500 KVA DG Set. (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (iii) The generating set batteries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be in side the enclosure.

(v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : - a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick. b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- 100 mm thick rock wool (64kg/Cum) vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. vii) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plat form. viii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. ix) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by LED Lamp fittings. x) The noise level should be <75 Db at 1m under free field conditions. xi) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.

Notes :- (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI design. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and FOL for final successful acceptance test. (ii) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead (i.e. 110% of total load) in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests. (v) All civil works including PCC platform and foundations work required for equipments including making good during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth of the foundation and PCC shall be provided as per manufacturing OEM instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Q-15017/05/2012-CPW suitable for ambient condition at Port Blair and confirming to condition under IS 4722, 10001/10002, 13364, BS 5514/2613/5000 with following :-

(A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 1000/1010 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000, IS: 13364 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. i) Insulation class - 'H' ii) Temperature rise Class - 'H' iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with +/- 1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/- 5% . v) Frequency regulation +/- 1%

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the accepting officer based on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS -10001/10002/ 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:- i) Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts. iii) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping upto & outside and 1meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of 28 SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. xiii) Accessories :- AVM Pads built or separately mounted to manufacturer base frames as per (as recommended by OEM) xiv) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes. xv) Fuel Tank :- Daily service fuel tank (as recommended by OEM) with calibrated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, complete on a common base in side the acoustic enclosure. C) Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 1000/1010 KVA DG Set. (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (iii) The generating set batteries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be in side the enclosure. (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : - a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick. b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick

vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. vii) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plat form. viii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. ix) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by LED Lamp fittings. x) The noise level should be <75 Db at 1m under free field conditions. xi) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.

Notes :- (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI design. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and FOL for final successful acceptance test. (v) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests. (vi) All civil works including PCC platform and foundations work required for equipments including making good during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth of the foundation and PCC shall be provided as per manufacturing instructions complete all as per specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI plate electrode of size 60cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal Ground Level connected to GI strip 32x6 mm as earth lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I connected to main board/ distribution board complete all as specified and directed. Supply and laying of 32 x 6 mm GI earth strip laid in ducts/floors/wall Complete by removing old corroded strip including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for lifting the RCC slab upto 300 mm thick, 2.35m long, 1m wide and about 2.5 to 4.0 ton in weight on jetty by cutting/chipping the clearance groove all around, keeping aside using a crane for laying of new LT cable/water pipe line including removing of all LT/HT cables for cleaning of cable duct and placing removed H/T cables at the same location after carrying out repairs including making good the surface with PCC1:2:4 complete as directed. Note: (a) Cost of T&P required for the work shall be included in the quoted rate. (b) Site will be available in a restricted manner and prior approval shall be obtained before commencement of work. (c) Contractor is liable for any damage caused to existing services or structures during the execution of work (d) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting the rates.

(xiii) Alarm light when the input voltage goes above or below the maximum or minimum specified voltage level. Notes:- The following items are included in the quoted rate. (i) Initial oil filling upto appropriate level. (ii) Civil foundation including rail and wheels as per OEM recommendations. (iii) HV/LV termination box as per specifications. (iv) Radiator shall be hot dipped galvanised to avoid corrosion. (v) All civil works including PCC platform and foundations work required for equipments including making good during installation and commissioning.
