Taking out 500KVA DG Set along with control panel and fuel tank from CG power house by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables including breaking of PCC foundation for transporting the DG set to MES store yard/ MES power house safely as directed including tools, transportation like crane, truck etc without disturbing existing electrical system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Transportation cost of DG set to MES store yard/ MES power house is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
Taking out unserviceable LT cable of size 95 to 400 Sqmm by disconnecting incoming and outgoing cables and taken as credit at CG power house and CG Jetty complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 500 KVA (CPCB-IV), Prime Duty, 415V, Radiator Cooled, with acoustic enclosure, diesel generating set powered with suitable capacity prime duty Engine along with base frame, 500 kVA, H/H at 40degC, 50Hz, 415V, 1500RPM Alternator (capable of delivering true 400 kW output @ 0.8 power factor), Static Excitation System, Lube Oil System, Electronic Governor including DG AMF Controller DIEF SGC420 without any breaker (MCCB / ACB), AVM pads, 24 volt DC lead acid batteries, residential grade silencer with bellows, with all other associated equipment/ work complete in all respects as per the latest MOEFCC NOTIFICATION “GSR 804(E) DATED 03.11 .2022 [F.NO. Q-15017/05/2012-CPW suitable for ambient condition at Port Blair and confirming to condition under IS 4722, 10001/10002, 13364, BS 5514/2613/5000 with following :-
(A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 500 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000, IS: 13364 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. i) Insulation class - 'H' ii) Temperature rise Class - 'H' iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with +/- 1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/- 5% . v) Frequency regulation +/- 1%
(B) Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the accepting officer based on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS -10001/10002/ 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:- i) Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts. iii) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping upto & outside and 1 meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of 28 SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. xii) Coupling arrangement : - Flexible coupling, fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. xiii) Accessories :- AVM Pads built or separately mounted to manufacturer base frames as recommended by OEM. xiv) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes. xv) Fuel Tank :- Daily service fuel tank (as recommended by OEM) with calibrated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, complete on a common base in side the acoustic enclosure. C) Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 500 KVA DG Set. (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board.
