Cost towards Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Horizontal Split Case Centrifugal Pump Set capable of discharging 45,000 GPH at a head of 80 meters Make Mather and Platt/ Kirloskar/ Worthington/ Jyoti, coupled with suitable squirrel cage induction motor Make Kirloskar/ Jyoti/ Crompton/ ABB and mounted on a common MS base plate, operated on 415 volt ±10%, 3 phase 50 Hz±5%. A.C. supply having suitable 1480 to 1500 RPM, along with suitable NR Valve Rating PN-1, Sluice Valve Rating PN-1, C.I. Foot Valve, Pressure Gauge etc. all complete.
Cost towards supply and fitting 100 H.P. F.A.S.D. starter to operate induction motor working on 415 volt ±10%, 3 phase, 50±5% Hz A.C. supply, Make L&T/ C&S/ BCH.
Supplying, laying and connecting of XLPE/ PVC insulated, unarmoured, 1.1 KV grade, 70 Sq mm X 3 core Copper Cable from Pannel to Starter to Motor along with all accessories such as suitable Lugs, Clamps, Tapes etc. all complete as per Indian Electricity Rules.
Cost towards making new PCC foundation with supplying stone chips, sand, cement, in the ratio 3:2:1 respectively about 5’x4’x3’ for above pump sets including foundation bolts with nut & washer and curing plastering of foundation all complete.
Cost towards dismantling 100 H.P. C/F pump set with all accessories such as suction and delivery pipe line, foot valve, sluice valve & N.R. valve base plate etc. including demolish old foundation for installation of new pump set, throwing garbage out of the pumping plant and keep in old set to store or as per direction of E/I including cost of labour, tools & tackles.
Cost towards making suction and delivery pipe line with supply of 6” dia heavy duty M.S. pipe- 10’, 5” dia heavy duty M.S. pipe- 10’, 6” dia MS flange- 4 nos., 5” dia M.S. flange- 2 nos., M.S. bend 6” dia- 1 no., 5” dia M.S. flange- 1 no. including cutting, welding, required nut bolts, washer, rubber insertion, testing on load, all complete.
Cost towards making chemical earthing as par I:E Rules etc. all complete.
Cost towards making earthing connection from earth pit to panel, starter & motor etc. with 6 SWG G.I. wire.
Cost towards supply and fixing of 630 Amp. 4 Pole Change over switch with enclosure, Make Havells/ HPL/ C&S.
Cost towards supply, laying & connecting 400 sq. mm 3.5 core Aluminium armoured cable 1100 v grade with ISI mark from Change Over switch to Panel.
