Strengthening and Five Year Maintenance of The Road From Pachamalai Mayampadi to Sethagam Road KM-0/0-2/100 H/O Pachamalai

Clearing the Scrub jungle by uprooting including all cutting charges and disposing of the products and clearing as directed by the departmental officers including all incidental charges etc., complete.

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete, for SHOULDERS

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. KM 0/0 - 2/10

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp. KM 0/0 - 2/10

Applying TACK COAT over WBM surface at 2.5Kg / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.KM 0/0 - 2/10

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 KM 0/0 - 2/10

1.50m Span RCC Slab Culvert @ Ch 620 - Earth work excavation & Depositing on bank with Initial lead of 10m and lift & 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton hard red earth shales, murram, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulder and in hard gravelly soils per SS 20B etc, complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Supplying and erecting centering are strutting including neceassary supports for place surface for RCCcolumns fottings and pedestal beems crtitical pears erc., using mild steel angles of sizes 90x60x10cm gauge stiffness welded mild steel angles of sizes etc. Below & Above sill Level

Deck slab sides,Bedblock,Dirt wall etc.

Supplying and fabricating and placing inposition mild steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all reinforced cement concrte works as per the design given incuding cost of steel and binding wire in all floor etc. complete complying with standard specification

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm I SS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be supplied departmentally at the Departmental section store etc, complete.

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m
