Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 star rated ceiling fan with dimmer type electronic regulator of 1200mm sweep including wiring the down rod of standard length upto 30 cm including cost of all materials and labour charges and minor tools etc complete.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connection but excluding cost of modular plate and including cost of regulator/ materials and labour charges and minor tools & GST etc complete.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supplying and fixing call bell/ buzzer suitable for single phase, 230 volts, complete as required

Supplying and fixing PVC batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required.
