Providing and fixing, new impeller of Alloy Steel ASTM A743 A CA6NM with propeller shaft for 15 Cs. axial flow vertical pump, duly Machined, dynamic balanced as per relevant ISO/ISI standard and fitting on the propeller Shaft as per earlier installation and according to the existing parameters as Vibration Free Noiseless & smooth. (See Annexure-A)

Providing and fixing of new alloyed propeller casing (casted in single piece of material SS ASTMA351 Gr. CF8M for 15 Cs Pump. (See Annexure-A)

Providing and fixing of new GM Bush and gland plate in Gland Housing for 15 cs pump (as per sample).

Providing and fixing new CI Bush with Rubber Bush of 15 Cs pump (as per sample).

Supply & Fixing of HS Nut & Bolts of suitable size for 15 Cs pump.

Providing and fixing of new round column pipe of M.S. sheet IS 2062 Grade Fe-410 WA with 8mm thickness to repair the complete Y-body along with flange (excluding Motor stool & base plate) should be epoxy coated inside & outside with two coats of anticorrosive paint, provide with flanged joint to permit easy assembly and dismantling (for 15 Cs Pump).

Providing and fixing of new bearing housing with new bearing (FAG/SKF) as per the size and requirement of 15 Cs pump.

Providing and fixing of new SS Line shaft (size 2900x38mm - 02no) ASTM A 276 Type- 410 with SS sleeve, check nut, MS couplers and key as per sample and requirement of 15 Cs pump

Providing and fixing of foundation for 15Cs - 03no VT pumps by making required size/length at site from I-Beam of size 250x125mm - 3200 mm length - 06 nos & I-Beam of size 500x200mm -6000mm length - 01 no (Make - Tata/ Jindal/Sail/Vaizag). One ends of I-Beam - 250X125mm - 06 nos and both ends I-Beam - 500X200mm - shall be grouted into the wall by making arrangement of PCC block of suitable size as per the weight of Pump. While other ends of I-Beam - 250X125mm - 06 nos should be welded/bolted to I-Beam - 500X200mm with the help of L- bracket and nut/bolts/washers. Including material and labour for applying primer and two coats of epoxy paint on the complete foundation and labour charges for taking out old rusted foundation at pump house Amboli disty JF2.

The above rates are inclusive of all kind of taxes including GST and other expences like F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Terms & Conditions as mentioned in Bid document in Price Schedule.
