Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M - 10 grade using hard blue granite broken stone jelly of 40 mm size with M.Sand mixing with mixer machine including the cost of bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick, compacting, consolidation finishing, watering, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plane surfaces with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton.

(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Drilling holes 32mm dia to a depth of 2m in hard Granite and inserting the 25mm Rts L Shape anchor rod of 2.2m length for holding foundation and fixing in position and grouting the anchor holes with cement slurry inclusion of the cost of steel and labour etc., and complying with technical specification.

Drilling holes 50mm dia to a depth of 0.6 m in hard Granite and inserting the 20mm Rts L Shape anchor rod of 0.90m length in Existing Stone Masonry wall and fixing in position and grouting the anchor holes with cement slurry (1:2) inclusion of the cost of steel and labour etc., and complying with technical specification.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of M.sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M -15, grade using graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly of 60% of 40 mmand 40% of 20 mm size with M.Sand mixing with mixer machine including the cost of bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick, compacting, consolidation finishing, watering, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand with an initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and Convayed GRAVEL in 'foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing mild steel grills for windows, ventilators, rtc., including priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Surface Preparation: Raking out the horizontal and vertical joints of RR masonry in to minimum depth of 50mm or twice the width of mortar as joints wherever is higher , the upstream face of Dam to remove all the loose pointing using hand grinding machine with diamond wheel (manual / mechanical means), cleaning the raked joints with wire brush followed by compressed air and water jets with variable pressure of 30-250 bars, drying the raked joints. The rate shall include the cost of materials, hire charges of necessary equipment, cost for disposal of debris within a distance of 500 m and stacking outside submerging periphery of the reservoir, scaffolding/hanging platform etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers

Pointing Mortar: Providing and filling the pointing mortar in the horizontal and vertical joints of RR masonry in the upstream face of Dam to an average depth of 2 times the thickness of joint, (25mm thick and 50mm depth and finishing T joint as done for raised pointing) on the faces 5mm to 10mm on masonry rock surface with 10mm thick by applying a priming coat with solvert free epory bonding agent Inside the joints with a brush and filling properly these joints with "shrinkage controlled - non shrink, abrasion resistant, UV resistant, impermeable połymer modifed cementtious high specification repair mortar system" mixed with water in the ratio of 0.16 should prove fully adéquate and will give compressive strength of min 45 N/mm2 in 7 days & 70 N/mm2 in 28 days, tensile strength of min 4 N/mm2 in 28 days flexural strength of min 9 N/mm2 in 28 days, permeatility less than 5mm, Water absorptions less than 2%, Rapid chloride permeability < 1800 columbs and nicely pointed. On completion of the pointing treatment provide a single component transparent silicone tased repellent costing as a sealer coat by brush or spray application. The rate shall include the cost of material hire charges of necessary equipment, scaffolding / hanging platorm, pulley arrangement. etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers

Dewatering using 7.50Hp diesel engine pumpset including hire charges, cost of diesel, engine oil, pumpoerater, labour charges conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back loading unloading and any other incidental charge, etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
