Supply & Laying in replacement of half round un-reinforced concrete pipe, inner dia 150 mm and outer dia 200mm, half round for bottom and half round for top and before laying excavated area shall be leveled, complete all as specified and directed. Note : 01 Half round top and 01 half round bottom together will be considered as one running meter.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium 6 Sqmm stranded conductor, Twin core cable flat served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain concrete cement (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded coarse aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete of poles including necessary form work complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and one coat of synthetic enamel paint including dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle section etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug bolts nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtrs long) as Pole/Strut including dismantling old/US steel struts, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement 3 core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper cable including suitable size of Copper lugs, nut-bolts and washers etc and also clamped on any type of wall with suitable size of GI clamps/shaddles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LT UG Cable fault finding/testing from FP Box to fault location including taking shut down and opening the cable from both side of Bus Bar Panel/LT Panel/MCCB/ACB/Transformer etc and re-terminated the same cable in the same Bus Bar Panel/LT Panel/MCCB/ACB etc according to existing system after completion of fault finding/testing work complete all as specified and directed of size 3.5 Core 400 Sqmm. Note:- Job will be measured after fault detection of any type regarding this decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final & binding.

M & L in replacement for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones of Post Office RED Colour and fixed on LT Poles with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of required size, for 440 Volts LT of size 200 X 150mm complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for route tracing of LT UG cables under ground/road from one end to another end of cable, size upto 400 sqmm including taking shut down and opening the cable from both side of Bus Bar Panel/LT Panel/MCCB/ACB/Transformer etc and re-terminated the same cable in the same Bus Bar Panel/LT Panel/MCCB/ACB etc according to existing system after completion of route tracing work complete all as specified and directed..

S & F Wire mesh Cable Tray Hot Dipped Galvanized size 54 X 100mm, Trays should comply Standard EN ISO 14 61: at least 550 h of SST. The deflection of cable tray must be no more than 1/200th of the distance between two supports and tested in accordance with the standard IEC 61537, Wire cable trays must be designed with an optimum span of 1.5 m, taking into account the maximum carrying capacity authorised by the manufacturer including all standard wall mounting accessories e.g. SS Mounting Bracket, bends, Fastners, kitastar, nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed. It shall be manufactured with a longitudinal 'T- welded' safety edge complete all as specified and directed.
