| 1.1 | Cleaning grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area as directed. The details are –
i. Cleaning and clearing the site while surveying.
ii. Collection and review of vegetation, and land-use data using GIS and remote sensing
iii. Identification and mapping of areas requiring clearance, including vegetation, structures, and obstructions using GIS
iv. The Site needs to be cleared for carrying out detailed survey along the AOI and Dam boundary, along the river, installation of Pillars, Demarcation of Red Line and Blue Line, Geotechnical Investigation, Mobilization of Resources and Machinery, Establishment of Benchmarks and GCPs etc. Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area and as per instructions of Engineer In charge.
v. Planning and marking of cleared zones with GIS-referenced coordinates
vi. Removal or relocation of identified obstructions in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines
vii. Preparation of georeferenced maps and a report documenting the cleared site to support construction, layout, and project management activities.The Area of Interest is 3000 Hectares. | 1.4 | Providing computerized detailed cross section drawings in two copies at 100 m interval with actual profile of river (levels at every 30m. distance along cross section) on A-3 size paper with scale 1cm = 15m or 1cm = 30m which is suitable as per site condition showing 25 year return flood line (Blue line) and 100 years return flood line (Red line) computed by software analysis and submission in the form of soft and hard copy as directed by Engineer in charge. So as to use the data of above Item by HEC-RAS Software. including submission of check print and getting approval of Engineer in charge etc all complete as directed.
L sections and Cross-Section of the Rivers inside the AOI - Preparation of longitudinal (L) sections and cross-sections (C/S) of the river, reservoir, and dam site at desired locations as per the requirements of the project and as per the directions of Engineer in charge, It includes –
i. Collection and verification of topographical and survey data.
ii. Establishment of reference points and alignment for sectioning.
iii. Generation of accurate L-sections along the river/reservoir axis and C-sections at selected intervals as the per directions of Engineer in charge.
iv. L Sections for every 500 meter segment intervals along 15Km Length (with 10 meter chainage). The Number of L Sections = 30.
v. Cross Sections at every 100 meter segment interval for 15Km Length (with 5 meter chainage). Number of Cross Sections =150.
vi. L Sections and Cross Sections at important locations to be provided as per the directions of Engineer in charge and as per the requirement of the project. In set of 2 Copies.
vii. Preparation of georeferenced maps and profiles for integration with GIS-based hydrological studies and dam studies etc.
viii. Submission of digital datasets in GIS shape files, Cad files and Excel files etc, Plans, sectional drawings, Elevation Profiles and a comprehensive report to support design, analysis, and planning of the dam and associated structures. | 360 | C.S | - | - |
| 1.5 | Computation of Blue line ( 25 Year return flood line ) and red line ( 100 year return flood line ) and OHFL (Yellow line) by using HEC-RAS software including estimation of flood getting approval of competent authority for the same giving all the precise necessary input details into the software, viz. cross sectional and longitudinal features of the stream, flow obstructions etc. including site validation & recalculation to the satisfaction of Engineer In charge etc all complete as directed.
