NAME OF WORK: Construction of Community sanitary complex at Nagoor H/o Valaikombunagoor Panchayat

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial leads and lifts, etc., including levelling the site complete complying with standard specifications and as directed .

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One of cement, four of sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:5 foundation and basement including all cost etc.complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Brick work CM 1:5 mix using good country bricks including cost and conveyance of including all cost etc.complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports for all reinforced cement concrete works like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3M high using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm × 60cm and B.G. 10, stiffened with Mild steel Angles of size 25mm × 25mm × 3mm laid over Silver oak (cw) joists of size 10cm × 6.5cm (Spaced about 91cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (Spaced at 75cm c/c) as noted below including removing the same after specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers complying with relevant standard specifications.PLANE SURFACE - Below Ground level and upto 3.30m above ground level

Supplying and Fabrication of steel for RCC works including all cost of cutting bending and tying of steels and kept ready for concrete in position etc.,complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (One of cement, one and a half of sand and three of hard broken granite stones ) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stones for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills in position, shuttering, centering but including laying, vibrating, curing, finishing and providing Mild steel fan hooks in the RCC slab wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers etc.-

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement 1:5-12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers
