Disconnecting,taking down from location and dismantling the ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep carefully for servicing by cleaning the bearing/bush and replacing the split pin and unserviceable items like bearings, bushes, rubber reel, condenser, flexible cable,PVC Connector, canopy, etc& reassembling Ceiling fan and refixing in the same or other place including connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note;- Replacement of unserviceable items will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.

Supply and Fixing of ball bearing of existing size for 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as per existing type and size.

Supply and Fixing of gun metal bush of existing size & type sitable for for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of Capacitor 2.25/2.50/3.0 mfd for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of canopy of existing size & make for 1200/1400 mm Sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of ceiling fan Shackle & clamp assembly complete with nut, bolt, washer, Split Pin and rubber reel etc of existing size & suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of PVC 2 Flexible copper insulated cable,1.50 Sq mm size Black/Grey colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note;- Replacement of unserviceable items will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.

Supply and Fixing ball bearing of existing size for Exhaust fan/wall mounted fan 300 /380/450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Collecting the burnt ceiling fans including blades of any make from AGE E/M store yard/ site, taking out to reputed work shop, dismantling, removing the burnt winding and rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge including varnishing, baking etc.& assembling and transporting the same for fixing and testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item 10 above but of size 1400 mm sweep.

Material and labour for Collecting the burnt Exhaust fans including blades of any make from AGE E/M store yard/ site, taking out to reputed work shop, dismantling, removing the burnt winding and rewinding of exhaust fan 200/250/300 mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge including varnishing, baking etc.& assembling and transporting the same for fixing and testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing the old painted surfaces of ceiling fan size 1200/1400 mm sweep scrapping old paint & repainting with synthetic enamal paint of approved by one coat of desired/original colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Collecting the burnt Exhaust fans including blades of any make from AGE E/M store yard/ site taking out to reputed work shop dismantling removing the burnt winding and rewinding of Exhaust Fan/wall mounted fan/aircirculator of size 450 mm sweep complete with super enameled copper conduct winding wire of same gauge and wight insulating, varnishing, baking, including wornout bearing/bush greasing assembling and transporting the same and fixing and testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting from the electric mains and Taking down, opening bottom cover and inspection of storage type water heater of size 25ltrs/50 Ltrs capacity for repair & replcement of unserviceable parts after descaling water storage tank with appropriate solution, checking for leakages if any of the inner tank, cable joints,continuity, thermostat for tripping at 65/70 degree Centigrade temp including checking fusible plug if any, base plate , pipe assembly, stop cock including replacement of defective indicator lamp, rubber gasket, bolts, nuts washers etc reassembling, refixing and reconnecting the electric connections at desired location including replacing unserviceable bolts ,nuts , washers, making good disturbed surfaces complete after repair including spray painting of one coat with synthetic enamal paint of approved colour in after preparation of surface. Note : (a) Replacement of unserviceable items like heating element, Indicator lamps, thermostat, stop cock, PVC Hot and cold pipes will be measured & paid separately. (b) Labour charges for disconnection and reconnection of water and electric connections shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted for this items.

Supply and fix as in repair Heating element (round/ triangular) including rubber washer/PVC gasket of the following size 1.5KW of existing type & make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and fix as in repair Thermostat for geyser of capacity upto 50 ltrs capacity of existing type & make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and fix as in repair Rubber Gasket for Inner Tank of capacity upto 25 Ltrs of existing type & make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and fix as in repair Air release Valve for 25/50 Ltrs capacity of existing type & make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Removing of Old leaking geyser tank and supply and fixing of 25 ltr storage water heater tank as per existing shape and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Removing of Old leaking geyser tank and supply and fixing of 50 ltr storage water heater tank as per existing shape and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and fix as in repair safety valve of existing type and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix as in repair CP Stop Valve 15mm dia of existing type complete and make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Disconnecting from mains and Dismantling the unserviceable gyeser (any type steel body / plastic body) water pipe assembly (syphon system) and replacing the new water pipe assembly of existing type & make with rubber gasket for 25 Ltrs capacity (6/8 hole) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item 24 above but for Geyser of Capacity 50 Litres.

Supply and fix as in repair Indicator Lamps for Geyser of capacity 25/50 Ltr existing type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and fix as in repair PVC connections 15 mm size with brass or CP nuts of length up to 600 mm (hot for outlet or cold for inlet) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix as in repair Gun Metal globe or gate Valve with iron wheel head, screwed both end of iron or GI pipe 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
