Maintenance , Sweeping and Cleaning of all lawns/vacant areas/hedge/ plants, trees of Moti Dungari Children Park, Rajeev Gandhi Park, Flag Park, Maharana Pratap Park and Newly made park infront of Rajeev Gandhi Park (Total 5 nos Parks) including their cutting, cleaning, stacking of all unusable material & transporting to manure preparation pit. Watering & Debedding of all the plants, lawn in above area is to be done by contractor. Cleaning of all the toilets/ urinals in area mentioned above is to be done regular with phenole & nepthline balls are to be provided to keep the facilities fresh & clean. If any plant dies during the period of maintenance then contractor has to be replace at his own cost. Complete work includes all necessary T&P. The complete work should be done as per direction & satisfication of Engineer Incharge. including Maintenance of Rabbits Cage and all vareities Rabbits including feeding of rabbits and their medical treatment complete. Work should include cleaning of rabbits cage per day and applying medicins required for rabbits. If any rabbit die during the maintenance period contractor have to supply the same on his own cost. Complete work should be done as per direction and entire satisfication of engineer incharge. Work includes repairing of submersible boring/ motor, pump at Stadium and motors at parks including starter complete work. Maintenance work of parks should be done with minimum labour requirement as per direction work includes sanitization of parks as per requirement or direction of Engineer Incharge. Complete work should be done as per direction & entire satifaction of Engineer Incharge.
