Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 1st quality 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm, but not exceeding 0.11sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 350mm x 250mm/450 mm x 350mm, thickness not less than 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) on brick/concrete surface in cement mortor 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposal of unserviceable materials,debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 metre, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick, as in levelling course of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, benching complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 10 Litre PVC valveless syphonic action flushing cistern low level white with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia for low level cistern.

S&F in repair 15mm dia Bib taps cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipes or for brass ferrule.

S&F health faucet (ABS body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 1.25 mtr long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connection and fixed in position complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 15mm dia fancy type pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated scewed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe fixed complete all as specified.

S&F 15mm dia stop valves/angle valve chromium plated, fancy type with long shank and cup screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, complete as specified .

S&F 15mm PVC connection 450mm long with PTMT nuts of superior quality complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting complete all as specified.

Dismantaling boarding/false ceiling of any description fixed in any postion with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. .

S&F GI frame work size of grid 605 x 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from sofit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fastener with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips acress the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to cnetre including hangers 6mm dia.GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed tp roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm ling and expansion hold fasterner 12.5mm dia 40mm long including supplying and fixing 8mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 2nd class soft wood boarding, 15mm thick, as in wall panelling, plain one side and edges tongued and grooved or rebated, fixed with nails in any situation over 12 mm thick plyboard runner including french polishing on surface of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coat upto satification of Engr-In-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs. Rs 82,270.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
