Repairs to 15000 GPH 25 HP 40 M head Non Clog submersible pumping unit by way of :- Extracting the damaged pumping unit from river Jehlum loading the same in a private load carrier to be arranged by the firm and shifting it to workshop.
Disassembling the pumping unity way of opening all nuts and bolts, cover plates etc. Draining the contaminated oil from the stator assembly and extracting the rotor assembly. Extracting the damaged double row angular bearing(01 no)using special tools and tackles for the said job .Removing the damaged dual mechanical seal, cleaning the stator assembly by way of removing the damaged, broken parts of the bearings and other residues.
