Fabrication, painting and transportation at Bhagwati Nagar Workshop/Transport Yard Bhagwati Nagar of Garbage container of 4.5 m3 capacity to be installed at various locations for Amarnath Yatra within limits of JMC. The Job includes; fabrication through Mild Steel Channels of size 75 x 40 mm and Angle iron of sheet 40x40x5 mm. The bottom of the Garbage container should be made out of HR sheets having 5 mm thickness. The side sheets should be made out of HR sheets having thickness 4 mm. The size & capacity of the Garbage container is large and hence container should be equipped with 4 windows, 2 on each side and fabricated out of CR sheets of thickness 2 mm. The top cover of the Garbage container should be fabricated out of HR sheet having 3 mm thickness, The job involves fabrication/ finishing of the Garbage Container and further providing of 2 coats of red-oxide (Iron primer) and 2 coats of blue enamel paints. complete job includes cost of materials fabrication cost, painting cost, transportation & labour charges. The Job is inclusive of GST and other types of applicable taxes. (As per Annexure B & C )
