(1.1.1 ) Design & SITC of Adequate seismic measures for Performance Based Seismic design as per FEMA/NDMA/Relevent International Code Guidelines for Hospital Building to achieve Performance Criteria of Operation Performanace (OP) of seismic Hazard as per relevant IS & International Code Applicable (like IS 1893 Part-1 to 6, ASCE-7-22, FEMA, NDMA etc.) Payment is subject to certification from Vetting authority that the criteria has been met. (6) Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Cost (CAMC) Fixed/variable for FIVE (05) Years Including Defects Liability Period of 3 Years for all items of this BOQ (item 1 to 5) including Plants, equipment, MOT's, Nurse Call System, Solar System, HVAC,MGPS, Sanitary & Plumbing, Medical Equipment's, Lifts, All Electrical Plant Equipment's Machinery and all services including the attending the faults, Deployment of 24x7 Technical Manpower required to carry out operations, maintainance, repair and replacement of parts, oiling and greasing, manpower as may be required for proper functioning of the services in all respect Complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. Fault to be rectified imediately within 24 Hr of Notice.
