Scope includes system design, development of P&ID, piping layout, GAD, in line with PESO rules/ design basis/other applicable guidelines. | 3.001) 2 No. 56 KL capacity double-walled vacuum insulated / multi layer super insulated cryogenic LNG storage tank along with all associated equipment piping, instruments and control system & valves. NOTE:- Design, Detail Engineering, Fabrication, Assembly, Painting, Inspection, Hydro Testing at works and Leak testing, Packaging, Transportation and unloading at site along with foundation bolts and all required comissioing spares, Installation as per tank spacing requirements and commissioning of Double-walled pearlite in vacuum insulated/multi layer super insulated cryogenic LNG STORAGE TANK of capacity of 56 KL along with all necessary PRV/SSV controls, instruments and other accessories as specified in attached data sheet, system design basis and process flow diagram. GAIL Logo, Heading on Tanks {GAIL GAS LIMITED} and capacity description. (H-11.5mtr.* D-3.2 Mtr approx.), however vendor shall suitably size the tank capacity based considering with vapor volume fractions accordingly. 10) LNG filling line, Vapor return line & a recirculation line with adequate instrumentation should be consider. 11) In case of non-availability of flare system, the discharge from safety valve shall be vented to atmosphere at a safe location minimum at an elevation of 3 meter above the nearest working platform for effective dispersion of hydrocarbons as per PNGRB/PESO guidelines. 12) Tank should be designed as per ASME SEC-VIII Div. I/ EN13458-2/ PED/NFPA-59A/NFPA-11 & other inetrnational code & certified by CCOE 13) Epoxy Based, Polyurethane Paint Finish as per paint specification suitable for cryogenic vessel application. 14) The Liquefied Natural gas is stored at about –159°C to –168 °C. LNG tanks are required to be designed to ensure proper liquid retention, gas tightness, thermal insulation and environment safety. | |||||||

LNG DISPENSER HAVING CAPACITY OF 150 LPM ALONG WITH ALL INTERCONNECTION PIPING ARRANGEMENT NOTE:- 1) 'Design, detail engineering, manufacturing, assembly, factory testing, supply of Dual arm LNG dispenser having flow capacity of 150 LPM including packaging, fixing of client Logo in the name of GAIL GAS LTD., handling, transportation of Dispenser, loading, and unloading at sites, documentation, etc., and providing all related services including installation, integration, site acceptance testing, trial run, and commissioning. 2) Providing Maintenance Services during Warranty Period including supply of all spares, providing licensed software & hardware, converters, cables, etc. Complete in all respect defined in the Tender Documents including erection & commissioning spares. The materials shall be delivered as per PO on written intimation. 3) Bidder has to provide all necessary certificates from the statutory authorities like W&M & PESO along with the supply of equipment. Arrangement for On-site Training of Purchaser’s Dispenser operator. (For detail scope of supply Refer SOW & specification). The materials shall be delivered as per PO on written intimation.
3) Bidder has to provide all necessary certificates from the statutory authorities like W&M & PESO along with the supply of equipment. Arrangement for On-site Training of Purchaser’s Dispenser operator. (For detail scope of supply Refer SOW & specification). It includes required spares, software, Installation & Commissioning spares as specified in technical specification.
4) LNG dispener equiped with VFD driven LNG pumps, nozzle(s) for fuelling LNG with or without vapour return/recovery hose(s) for fuelling LNG, hose(s) for vapour recovery when not integrated with the fuelling hose, dummy receptacle or parking dock for the nozzle, breakaway device(s) when not in use, flow meter(s) for fuelling & vapour return line, temperature and pressure sensors and transmitters, F&G devices, Mass flow meter, density meter etc. along with pipe work and control valves, including thermal and pressure relief valves, electrical and pneumatic power supply, dispenser cabinet with display monitors for price & qty. start, stop & ESD push button for the LNG dispenser unit.
5) LNG Driver provision for cold or saturated LNG fuelling, Earthing connection, Compatible with all truck brand etc. as per site requirements. | - | - | - | - | - |
