Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five m sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in positon of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of different sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multichamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configruation of an "A" section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm *200 mm*1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dimantling the masnery, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the dePart ofmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.
