Pre Treatment Step:
1) Cleaning and water jetting the entire area.
Porosity Reduction
1) Spraying of protekh base which fills the fine pores with crystalline silicate growth.
Defect Removal:
1) Sealing of cracks , voids floor wall junctions etc.,with protekta sealant 500 modified mortar.
Surface Preparation :
1) Packing of areas alround down taken pipes with protekta sealant 500 modified mortar
2) Brush coat of alastomeric coating protekta flex joint only on the floor wall junction/cracks/areas around down take pipes.
Slope making :
1) Brush application of protekta special slurry which has very special chemical , which impregnates through pores and capillaries. This treatment continues upto 300mm of wall height.
2) Lying of cement concrete (1:2:4) proposition with 6-12mm size HBG metal mixed special admixture protekta KR2 125ml/bag of cement.
Curing –cum-testing for 10 days
Water proofing:
1) spraying of crystallization product protekta base.
