UNLOADING, ASSEMBLY, ERECTION, LAUNCHING AND ALIGNMENT OF PERMANENT STEEL BRIDGE OVER TEESTA RIVER ACROSS TARKHOLA TO PAMPHOK

Unloading of fabricated materials at the site, stacking, material handling, assembly, and splicing of fabricated structures, assembly, bolting, welding, torque tightening, installation of mechanical items and arrangements to facilitate erection, applying one coat of final paint (One coat of Polyurethane Aluminum Paint of composition Aliphatic Acrylic Isocynate Cured Polyurethane (20 Microns), Erection, Alignment of a (+/-) 34 meters span Composite Girders over the Teesta River, fixing of hand railings, ensuring it is complete in all respects. The work will be executed using all necessary consumables, tools, tackles, lift and shift equipment, P&M including suitable capacity crane for placement girders over foundation and safety consumables, along with providing all categories of labor and supervisors as per the drawing, launching scheme, standards, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), and instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Measurement of the structural parts will be taken as per the drawing weight. No separate payment will be made for the erection and/or dismantling of mechanical items bearings, Jacks, Winches, fasteners etc. The bidder must consider this while quoting.

No separate payment will be made for the erection and/or dismantling of mechanical items such as rollers, mounts, roller guides, bearings, Jacks, Winches, fasteners etc. The bidder must consider this while quoting.

The scope includes alignment, bolting, welding, tightening, and completion in all respects with all consumables, tools, tackles, lift and shift equipment, safety consumables, and providing all categories of labor and supervisors as per the drawing, scheme, standard, QAP, and instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. The work will be executed using all necessary consumables, tools, tackles, lift and shift equipment, P&M and safety consumables, along with providing all categories of labor and supervisors as per the drawing, launching scheme, standards, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), and instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Unloading of raw steel of assorted size and sections at site, material handling, fabrication, welding, bolting etc. of all type of miscellaneous structural items as per drawing/sketches, erection, alignment, dismantling, stacking of dismantled items at designated place and completion in all respects with all consumables, tools, tackles, lift and shift equipment, safety consumables, and providing all categories of labor and supervisors as per the drawing, scheme, standard, QAP, and instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Steel: Free Issue. Measurement of the structural parts will be taken as per the drawing weight. Dismantled Structural is BNR’S property. No separate payment will be made for the erection and/or dismantling of mechanical items such as rollers, mounts, roller guides, bearings, Jacks, Winches, fasteners etc. The bidder must consider this while quoting.

Supply, fabrication, welding, bolting etc. of all type of miscellaneous structural items as per drawing/sketches, erection, alignment, dismantling, stacking of dismantled items at designated place and completion in all respects with all consumables, tools, tackles, lift and shift equipment, safety consumables, and providing all categories of labor and supervisors as per the drawing, scheme, standard, QAP, and instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Measurement of the structural parts will be taken as per the drawing weight. Dismantled Structural is BNR’S property. No separate payment will be made for the erection and/or dismantling of mechanical items such as rollers, mounts, roller guides, bearings, Jacks, Winches, fasteners etc. The bidder must consider this while quoting.

Bridge Load Testing (Static Load Testing and/or Dynamic Load Testing) by a professional agency. Bidder has to deploy professional and experienced Bridge Load Testing Agency and SOP to get approved from BAND/LTHPL prior to testing. All required instruments, Equipments, Labours. Technicians etc. is under the scope of Bidder.
