"A" The plant shall consist of following units, equipments, instruments and other allied accessories. Construction/Providing & fitting of Bar Screen Chamber at starting of CETP to hold bar screen for handling max flow 50m3/hr (STP) and 15m3/hr (ETP).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Bar Screen (SS-304 corrugated Perorated screen) inside the Bar Screen Chamber required for screening of floatable matter of sewage and effluent having max. flow 2m3/hr with mesh size of 10mm/20mm.

Construction/Providing & fitting of oil& Grease chamber located after Bar Screen Chamber to separate oil and grease from sewage and effluent handling max. flow 2m3/hr.

Construction/Providing & fitting of Collection cum Equalization Tank (with grit chamber and top slab + Platform) required to store effluent for uniform quality and continuous feeding for collecting effluent water 20m3.

Construction/Providing & fitting of Coagulation and Flocculation tank 2 Nos. located after the collection tank for mixing and reaction of chemical solution of size 2m3 each.(MSEP/WAVES/RUBY or Equivalent make)

Construction/Providing & fitting of Aeration Tank 1no. located after Flocculation Tank to mix air for aerobic Biological treatment of size 2m3 as well as Tube Settler Tank 1no. after aeration tank for settlement of the MLSS.(MSEP/WAVES/RUBY or Equivalent make)

Construction/Providing & fitting of Membrane Bio Reactor Tank (MBR Tank) located after aeration tank to provide Physical membranous treatment for MBR module dip suitable to handle 3m3..(MSEP/WAVES/RUBY or Equivalent make)

Providing and fitting of Final Treated Water Tank (HDPE Tank)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Sludge Drying Bed 2 nos. located after Tube Settler Tank for drying the sludge of capacity 1.5 KL

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Dosing Tanks (HDPE) 3Nos. located near Flocculation and Chemical reaction tank for storage of chemical solution of capacity 50 litres each.(MSEP/WAVES/RUBY or Equivalent make)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Dosing Pumps- 3 Nos. located near Chemical reaction tank for dosing chemical of capacity 20LPH each.(UKL/E-Dose/Minidose or Equivalent make)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Membrane Bio Reactor Module 2Nos, Reinforced PVDF Membrane skid (SS-304) having pore size 0.04 micron and air scoring rate of 2-2.5m3/hr, multi layered type including Non ionic and hydrophilic surface properties. The separation process consists of Combination with Ultra filtration and Micro filtration with outside In mode along with Control Panel for automation.(WAVES/RUBY/FLOWSYS or Equivalent make)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air Blowers 2 Nos. (1W+1S) (Rehau/Silicon)located near the aeration tank to supply air at the rate of 40m3/hr at a pressure of 0.45Kg/cm3 for mixing purpose

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Mono bloc sump pump (Effluent Lift Pump) 2 Nos. (1W+1S) (Crompton/Kirloskar/ABB or Equivalent make) having discharge 2m3/hr and head 10m to lift the effluent from collection tank and deliver it to the next tank

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Mono bloc Permeate Pump for MBR (Membrane Bio reactor) 2 Nos. (1w+1S) having discharge 2m3/hr for suction of water from module. (Crompton/Kirloskar/ABB or Equivalent make)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Sludge Disposal Pump 2 Nos Centrifugal type of discharge 0.5m3/hr and head 5m located near MBR module to transfer sludge generated in MBR Tank to sludge holding tank.(Waha, Crompton/Kirloskar or Equivalent make)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Final Treated Water Transfer Pump 1 No. having discharge 2m3/hr and head 10m Mono bloc type located after final treated water tank to transfer treated water for the applied use.(Crompton/Kirloskar or Equivalent make)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Silicon Coarse and Fine Membrane Air Diffusers tubular silicon type (Kelvin/Reahu or equivalent make) located inside collection, coagulation, Flocculation and aeration Tank for transfer of air to Equalization, Chemical mixing and aeration tank.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Aeration Grid (WAVES/RUBY or Equivalent make) located inside collection, coagulation, Flocculation and aeration Tank for transfer of air to Equalization, Chemical mixing and aeration tank.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Horizontal UV Sterilizer (Alfa/Hindustan or Equivalent make)located at outside line to provide additional treatment of capacity 1000 LPH.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Centralize Electrical Control Panel. Control panel will be industrial cubical type, with non-compartment, dust and vermin proof, wall mounted .One incoming feeder will be provided which will have amp meter, voltmeter, indicating lamps and energy meter. Outgoing feeders will be as per drives of mechanical equipment. Outgoing feeder shall have contactor, overload relay, on/off push button, indicating lamp, neutral link and one set of terminal block. Panel will be epoxy coated. Job includes copper plate earthing of the pane land other electrical items.

Providing and fitting of Complete Pipes and Fittings such as tees, crosses. plugs, sockets, elbows, reducers, supports & clamps and other allied accessories.

“ B “ Civil work laying of Pipeline for all hospital wards:- Excavation Trances of pipeline required width for CETP pipeline of cabals extra, Including excavation for sockets dressing of side’s water remaining of tranches depth up to gradient level maximum 1.5 meter. For all kind of soils. Including Lead and Fleet up to 1 km

Demolishing Demolishing concrete manually /by mechanical means including disposal of material within 100 meters head as direction of Engineer - in-Charge 1:4:8 as richer 1:3:6

Demolishing RCC work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bar and disposal of unserviceable within 50 meter head as direction of Engineer – in - charge

Demolishing stone masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposable of un serviceable material with 50 meter land.

Soling of pipeline tranches with ramming and compaction with 40 mm to 63 mm graded stone aggregate brick aggregate

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to Plinth Level with ( 1:3:6) 1 Cement, 3 Coarse sand , 6 graded aggregate 40mm nominal size

Constructing masonry chamber of specified size in brick work with class – 1 cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement : 4 sand) and RCC top Slab Covers , 1:1.5:3 , M- 20 grade ( 1 cement , 1.5 sand and 3 coarse ) And 20 mm nominal mix including necessary excavation foundation concrete ( 1:5:10) with cement mortar (1:3) with floating of cement as per size Chamber size : 60 x 60 x 75 cm

Constructing masonry chamber of specified size in brick work with class – 1 cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement : 4 sand) and RCC top Slab Covers , 1:1.5:3 , M- 20 grade ( 1 cement , 1.5 sand and 3 coarse ) And 20 mm nominal mix including necessary excavation foundation concrete ( 1:5:10) with cement mortar (1:3) with floating of cement as per size Chamber : 90x90x 10 cm

Providing & laying uPVC ( Poly vinyl chloride) rigid pipe ( IS :4985 ) Class - II , 4kg/cm approved quality / make including going the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and Lubricant Dia. 110 mm for CETP

"C" Fabrication of Shed for CETP Shed work Complete in all respects with CGI sheets, ms angles, tubes, supporting, paints and epoxy, wire mesh etc. Operator Room made out of pre-fabricated PUF (poly-urethane foam) panels of size 60 mm thick fire proof panels for walls (PPGI finish on both sides) and 60/100mm thick corrugated PUF Panels for roof to make a closed structure on the outer frame minimum 10ft X 10 ft x 10ft or as per site requirement for CETP by way of excavation of foundation, laying of cement concrete 1:2:4 mix for foundation 1ft above the ground and 1ft below the ground. The job includes PCC Flooring in the ratio 1:2:4 and finishing it with 1:4 ratio and 2” thick. The job includes Providing and fitting of Supporting Structure/Frame to be fabricated out of square MS Pipe of appropriate size for laying of PUF panels. The roof has to be in slope. The job also includes providing and fitting of door 01 no. and window 01 no. with all accessories including electrification(providing and fitting of PVC wire, switches, socket, conduit, fan with all accessories) and painting of the room(inside and outside). The job also includes all other necessary electro-mechanical/civil works required for the successful installation and smooth functioning for sewerage treatment plant.

"D" Operation and Maintenance Operation and maintenance including Chemicals, Alum, Poly, Caustic and Hypo chlorine AFTER THE EXPIRY OF WARRANTY PERIOD (One Year)
