M&L for walling of random rubble masonary uncoursed Secunderabad type, well bedded, bonded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking bending spirally for hoping columns hookings ends binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups spaces and binder, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descritpion and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-Cast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Cover slabs, drains and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be Measured and paid seperataly under relevant items.

M&L for providing pre cast RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in posts, struts etc area exc 100 and n exc 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperataly under relevant items.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors/pavings not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Surface Channels and Drains, etc., including Use and waste of necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Plinth protection, etc., finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including use and waste of necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring etc. including finished surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 by using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in paths etc laid in pannels including finished surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any Position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing/ takingdown of rusted and unserviceable barbed wire fencing of any size (each line) and any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples and pins etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description ) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins or spring clips and providing and fixing new clips or pins, including provision of 3 mm thick sheet plain glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.
